We had a fantastic stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, always smiling, and very helpful, creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Our room was spotless and cleaned regularly. The hotel also offered well-maintained bicycles for rent, which was a great bonus.
Breakfast was delicious, and the dinners were absolutely amazing – each meal felt like it came straight from a five-star restaurant. Sometimes the meals were served buffet-style, and other times from an à la carte menu, both options were excellent.
The hotel was also a perfect base for exploring the island. We stayed for two weeks and had an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!

The receptionist was incredibly arrogant from the start and always had the last word when we complained. He had no tact and no way of interacting with guests. The bicycles were old and the gears didn't work. But the employee didn't care; all he cared about was collecting the daily rental fee. The mattress was completely worn out. When we pointed this out, this unprofessional employee laughed in our faces. He had absolutely no way of treating people. The mattress was so bad that it was impossible to lie flat. The receptionist insisted again: "The bed is fine." We have never experienced such a rude attitude. It's a real shame that people like this work in the hospitality industry!

This was going to be 5 stars but the check out process completely ruined our experience. We only had one day on this island so we were ina. Hurry to explore we tried to give them our key they said please have a seat and wait we said no we are in a hurry we have no bill please let us leave they said just wait a minute 10 minutes later we said we need to go let us check out take the key we have no bill. She came out with a physical review book and said fill this out and then you can go. We did and tried to leave.

Sadly while we were waiting our bikes were stolen. They were right there ready for us when we started checkout but since they made us wait so long despite us begging to leave someone came I to their hotel and took our bikes.

They said it happened 1-2 minutes ago and they are not responsible that they have processes for check out and the bike company just came to reclaim it.

They called the bike company who came and to be fair that company is a mess but the hotel took zero responsibility they could have offered us their bikes for 1 hr so we could actually go to the beach but they refused to let us use them after we begged.

No sorry no accountability just a stand off where it’s not their fault when in fact if they had not made us wait we would have been on the beach.

The facilities were nice they even set it up for our honeymoon the bathroom was western and modern like a 4 star western hotel

A gem of a hotel on La Digue. Great location, easy to base from and get around on the bikes. The pool is lovely, the surroundings in the forest lovely too. The staff are nothing short of fantastic! We had issues with a bike lock, and hotel staff came to the rescue, just great. And even more helpful, when I left my wallet at the hotel, they put it safely on the nex ferry to Mahe, so I could collect in time before flying home! We were also lucky enough to be there during Creole Festival, and one of the nights they did a spectacular Creole buffet for dinner! Fantastic local recipes and food! It's not a 5-star Raffles hotel, but the people and service are indeed 5 Star! Merci, St Cloud people! Hope the rains arrive soon!

We had an amazing experience at this hotel during our stay in the Seychelles. What stood out the most was how easy and fast everything went. We arrived directly at the hotel without any hassle, and within just 5 minutes I had arranged everything with the manager – check-in, room access, and all the details we needed.

The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. The location was beautiful, the room was clean and comfortable, and everything was exactly as described.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a smooth, stress-free start to their holiday!

We came here for dinner and ordered a salad. Our new bikes were parked in a closed area of the hotel. It took two hours before we got the salad and the staff kept checking on us when we were still at the table. We felt that something was wrong and indeed. When we came to our bikes they had been replaced by old rusty ones. Shame on you for treating your customers like this. We will definitely not be coming back here and certainly not to stay overnight.

We have very good memories of our stay in this very honorable establishment. The welcome is sincere, warm and efficient. The room is spacious, comfortable and well decorated. The bathroom is huge. The standing of the establishment is tinged with kindness that one could almost call family.

A very nice hotel. I highly recommend it. It has a great location, and cleanliness was important to me. The room was very clean, and the staff were friendly and eager to fulfill any requests. I booked with breakfast only and was very happy with the selection. The bicycles the hotel provides for about €10 per day are also a good option.
