Villa Caballero went above and beyond throughout my stay. The accommodation is spacious, clean, comfortable and close to the beach, restaurants and shops. I had the option of using the outdoor pool with a barbeque area and large sitting area, too. I will highly recommend this accommodation to anyone.

The villa is conveniently located near a beach, restaurants, a shop, and a bus stop. The grounds are lovely, and the room is clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The staff are very responsive. Excellent value for money.

Great accommodation, the owners were super helpful and friendly. Passan was super kind , he made us breakfasts fruit salads, pastries and cooked my Plantain that i bought.

The accommodation has a pool around and is a good size for little ones . It has a shallow end , which makes it did friendly.

The Villa Caballero is a winner. The villas themselves are well equipped, clean and comfortable. The staff is top notch - in fact, I had a knee injury and needed ice and I think the staff went out and purchased gel packs as they seemed brand new and unused. Bravo!!! The property is two minute walk from Turtle Beach, two restaurants and a rather new craft brewery. Highly recommend!!!!

We spent just one night and it was such a pleasant experience. The owner greeted us warmly as soon as we arrived and made us feel comfortable right away. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, and we felt truly looked after during our short stay. A great choice for anyone visiting Mahe, even if just for a night.

Beautifully located near Anse Royale Beach, this villa is exactly as pictured—everything you see online matches the reality. The small but well-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, and the rooms are spacious with a grand feel. The pool and BBQ facilities add a lovely touch to the stay. Restaurants, the beach, and grocery stores are all close by, making it very convenient. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would wholeheartedly recommend it to others.

Perfect location and excellent rooms, plus Seychelles Kestrels can be seen here!! This is a super convenient spot close to the airport and very reasonably priced self-catering option with well stocked kitchen. The owners allow a Kestrel to roost under the roof in the courtyard, so if you’re a birdwatcher I’d consider this seriously

We had everything we needed, the staff (especially Pasong) was very helpful.

One of the best places we have ever stayed and with the nicest hosts imaginable. Genuinely, couldn’t recommend this place more highly. We stayed for 2.5 weeks and loved every minute of it. The apartments are big and spacious, they are incredibly clean and well looked after. The location is fantastic, few meters from the sea which at high tide makes for really nice swimming/ snorkeling. The garden and pool are beautiful, looked after by a legend of a gardener. We loved making pizzas in the pizza oven by the pool. The hosts were incredible considerate, kind and generous. Would go back in a heartbeat. Would recommend having a car inspite of location, as there is a lot of the island to see. The south feels wild, the east for beaches (we loved grand anse snd port launay) and fun with the waves, the west for snorkeling (anse royale) and the north (beauvallon) for people!
