The room was spotless. The beds were comfortable. The staff was awesome. There’s a small pool in the centre of the compound and all you need to do is ask and it’ll happen!

We have spent two wonderful weeks in one of the three guest houses. The view and the surroundings leave you speechless, location is ideal to explore the island. I was surprised because review were very bad and I just needed to stay one night. This was the most affordable price (very expensive island) and I got a very nit and clean apartment. Separate kitchen fully equipped and very clean. The bathroom was immaculate which is highly appreciated. Confortable room and very close to the beach.

This is a great place to stay while in the Seychelles, only 200M from the beach, 8min drive from the airport and about 12min drive to the capital Victoria. The facility is well secured with air conditioning, constant water supply and even a little swimming pool. THE apartments are self catering so you buy your own groceries. The public transport buses also make stops like 300M away.

Villa Caballero went above and beyond throughout my stay. The accommodation is spacious, clean, comfortable and close to the beach, restaurants and shops. I had the option of using the outdoor pool with a barbeque area and large sitting area, too. I will highly recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Great accommodation, the owners were super helpful and friendly. Passan was super kind , he made us breakfasts fruit salads, pastries and cooked my Plantain that i bought. The accommodation has a pool around and is a good size for little ones . It has a shallow end , which makes it did friendly. Gates accommodation making it safe with children. The Villa Caballero is a winner. The villas themselves are well equipped, clean and comfortable. The staff is top notch - in fact, I had a knee injury and needed ice and I think the staff went out and purchased gel packs as they seemed brand new and unused. Bravo!!! We spent just one night and it was such a pleasant experience. The owner greeted us warmly as soon as we arrived and made us feel comfortable right away. Mariealine is such a great host. She is very kind and flexible. She offers free drop off to the airport. Rooms are clean and well-equipped in the kitchen and bathroom. They even have washing machine available to use. There's also a convenience store just outside the house.

After 4 different planes and a nearly 24 hour travel day, we missed the ferry for praslin. We last minute booked this place and they had our room ready in 30 minutes. The service and accommodations here were beyond anything we could have asked for. They treated us like family in a moment of severe stress. We could not recommend enough!!!!!

This hotel is very close to the airport, about a kilometer walk away. The landlady is very friendly. I am not good at speaking, but she communicated patiently and even used her kitchen for free. We had an amazing stay at this place. Our apartment was huge and immaculate. The host was very helpful. They have pet tortoises, dogs and cats, my daughter had a gala time having great time with the pets. The lodge is in a good location near to the airport and various beaches.

I was expecting a small room but was pleasantly surprised to find myself being given a large 2 bedroom apartment that came with a modern shower room and a kitchen plus lounge room! Very good service and very friendly staff. The facilities aren't brand new, but they are clean and functional. The complex is located across the street from the water, but it's not a beach. You'll essentially need a rental car or use the public buses. The staff will be happy to help you arrange a rental car.

Perfect budget friendly place to stay! The rooms are simple but have everything you need: Aircon, hot water and a great view, beautiful garden. The pool is a big plus! Really great experience. The chalets are quite roomy and have a nice atmosphere, there are 3 Chalets altogether so it's never too loud or busy with people. Nature is all around you and peaceful sounds of the jungle carry you to sleep and softly wake you up. I can wholeheartedly recommend if you are able to self cater.

I stayed for two nights. The first room had an issue with the air conditioning, but the staff responded quickly and promptly arranged a new room for us. For us this hotel it is very special because we had our honeymoon here and it was our first trip in an exotic location. The location of the hotel is really good, because is near the beach, where you can enjoy your coffee at Kafe Kreol and admire the beautiful beach view. Beryl has a very beautiful house and garden and from the first moment she made me feel at home and as if we had known each other for a while. We had nice chats and she was always making sure I was back at night at her place. For a female solo traveler I recommend this place 100%.

Beryl is an exceptional host. She is so friendly, warm and welcoming. She even made us a home made meal when we arrived which was the yummiest food we had on the whole island!

We had a great time, lots of space and any help we needed (last minute ride to dive center), free guavas:) kitchen well equipped, bed super comforable. Essentials can be bought near by, some reastaurants closed by. Closest beach was covered with sea weed, but great for sunset. Bus stop at main road, 15 min to anse royal. Happy to return

We felt wonderful for 12 days in this beautiful house. Everything was good, the yard was gorgeous and well-kept, upon departure the hosts were extremely kind and let us stay after check-in until the evening when we left for the airport without paying anything extra. We highly recommend this location!

Excellent location, beachfront and just a few kilometers from the most beautiful beaches in southern Mahé. Spacious and comfortable house, lovely patio, and beautiful new bathroom. Nice smart TV in the living room, where we enjoyed our favorite TV channels in the evenings. Large surrounding garden and parking space in the courtyard. Daily room cleaning and tidying. Highly recommended!

Amazing staff, property and location! Terrible breakfast.

For what is advertised as a five star hotel, we werr disappointed. The staff were lovely and attentive but our breakfast was served cold on soggy bread, there was very loud drilling coming from building and our bathroom had dust over the surfaces. For a 2 night stay before flying home, it was all that we needed, but wouldn't stay again or recommend.

Lovely friendly hotel Really good stay. Hotel nice and quiet and well placed to walk to Eden Island. Lovely big room with good amenities and super big shower. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Plus even though it was overlooking the water it only took 5 minutes to get to the airport! Bonus!

Lovely hotel, but a bit out of the way Last stop on our way home. Lovely staff, nice hotel, although a bit quiet. Maybe because of the building site next door? Also a bit out of the way. A walking path to Eden Island would have been nice. But the staff really made us feel welcome.

A small cozy hotel. Suitable for spending 1-2 nights there before the regatta, not suitable for a longer vacation. There is no beach nearby. The staff is very responsive and friendly. They answer all possible questions, help with calling a taxi. The breakfast is delicious, a choice of several options on the menu.

We booked this hotel for one night just before taking the flight out of Mahé. We loved the service and hospitality here!
