Stayed at this peace of little haven for one week and I can attest that this self-catering gem was nearly perfect! Went here for our honeymoon. It was an amazing experience! The place itself couldn’t be more idyllic. While some may say that it’s “far away”, it truly located in the most beautiful part of the island next to the best beaches. A short walk from the villa you have a communal pool which is an ideal size and nice temperature. Then beyond that was a very nice beach which was very private. Villa Caballero went above and beyond throughout my stay. The accommodation is spacious, clean, comfortable and close to the beach, restaurants and shops. I had the option of using the outdoor pool with a barbeque area and large sitting area, too. I will highly recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Great accommodation, the owners were super helpful and friendly. Passan was super kind , he made us breakfasts fruit salads, pastries and cooked my Plantain that i bought. The accommodation has a pool around and is a good size for little ones . It has a shallow end , which makes it did friendly. Gates accommodation making it safe with children. The Villa Caballero is a winner. The villas themselves are well equipped, clean and comfortable. The staff is top notch - in fact, I had a knee injury and needed ice and I think the staff went out and purchased gel packs as they seemed brand new and unused. Bravo!!! We stayed here in October and honestly loved it. From the moment we arrived, Allison made us feel so welcome. Very nice apartment, which will be your great base. Towels, soap and shower gel (not much) are available in the facility. You can also ask for beach towels downstairs. Great house close to the airport.

Jill was marvelous. Picked us up late at the airport and took us early to fly out. House is very nice. My husband fell and the stairs were a little difficult. Lots of dogs and rooster crowing early. Room was wonderful and very tastefully decorated. Jill was a pleasure!!

Wonderful hotel. The rooms are spacious, and the bed is wide and comfortable. Each room has a veranda or a loggia. The grounds are well-maintained, and the beach is beautiful and clean. However, the wind often kicks up waves, so you might not get much swimming in. The Forest Lodge is a very welcoming establishment. The rooms are spacious, air-conditioned, and have a splendid terrace overlooking the forest.
