She genuinely cares, is attentive, and always ensures everything runs smoothly. The service here is extraordinary and not something to be taken for granted, it is unlike anything we have experienced anywhere else

His care and dedication truly made our stay stress free and unforgettable. Linda, who assisted us with flights and continues to support us even now, was amazing

This hotel boasts an excellent location right by Beau Vallon Beach, one of Mahe's most famous. The rooms are typical for a resort, the breakfast offers a wide variety, and the service is quite professional

The property is located on the beachfront and provides great views especially at sunset. There is no elevator and the overall upkeep of the property leaves a lot to be desired

I arrived super early in the morning, like 6am, and instead of having me wait, they made sure to get me into a room so I could freshen up and get some must needed rest

However, the wind often kicks up waves, so you might not get much swimming in. There's an excellent pool, practically Olympic-sized, so you can get a full workout in the morning before the kids arrive

There were dining options available for lunch and dinner. While the menus could be expanded further, I was satisfied with the meals I had — the portions were generous, filling, and tasty. Room cleanliness was excellent

A grocery shop is also available near to this property with all kinds of casual drinks and daily necessary usable items. The location of the resort is far away from the city at a quite place near to the beach

We had a wonderful stay at Avani+ Barbarons Seychelles Resort. The service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options

This is a review for the beach restaurant only. We stumbled across this place by happenstance this evening. The security woman we spoke to was very pleasant and welcomed us in off the beach

I would like to point out two ladies who were willing to help us with our requests and additional info - Fiona and Shana; they were very approachable, understanding and our kids really enjoyed being with them

The facilities don't live up to the brand name. My dry-cleaned clothes weren't even clean, and they charged over 400 RMB per item. I didn't check at the time, thinking there shouldn't be an issue

We had a wonderful stay at Coral Strand Hotel. It just underwent major renovations in 2025/2026 and the rooms are so chic and modern! Located directly at the beach including a pool area

This was a big deal not having to run around for a charging socket. Chef Paul insisted not to take breakfast before a rough sea trip to Praslin. The general warmth of the place and the staff is a clear positive

The hotel has a great location with lots of activities around such as direct beach access, restaurants and bars. It is really easy to get around the area, but the hotel also offers several dining options

Coral strands was indeed a smart choice for us. The location was perfect with direct access to the beach and shopping and key facilities in the vicinity considering transport is not easy here

By the swimming pool we got excellent service from Krishna and Prabhat. I would definitely recommend this hotel for holiday in Seychelles

Everything was good and all were very cooperative. We had 4 nights stay in this property and they all were very good. Only little amount was missing but they cooperated well and gave vouchers insted of that

Anse Forbans is within walking distance, one of the most beautiful and picturesque beaches, with crystal-clear water ideal for a refreshing dip, snorkeling, or a long walk along soft, powdery white sand

There is also a local shop within walking distance, perfect if you are self-catering or simply fancy a cold SeyBrew to quench your thirst after a day at the beach

Villa Dolphin was absolutely perfect — our own private terrace facing a lush garden filled with palm trees and beautiful tropical plants, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere from morning to night

We tried both a ground‑floor room (during our first stay) and a small villa (on our next visit) – we enjoyed both. This is an authentic Seychellois hotel, exactly how it should be, not a cold sci‑fi style modern place

There are two “mature” restaurants on site, and that deserves a special mention: our child, who usually hardly eats anything outside home, was eating everything there, and the cocktails for adults were excellent

Pool area is well maintained and staff are always welcoming. A must visit if you choose to stay in Mahe

The location is great – only 20–25 minutes from the airport, which feels like a big advantage after a long flight

A minor area for improvement: sometimes it took a bit of time to find the staff member with towels to set them up on the sunbeds. It’s not a real problem, more a small service point that could be improved

The sea is just across the road, and on the beach, there are sun loungers for hotel guests at the cafe. The sea is excellent, and the sandy beach has no rocks

Le Laïla is simply excellent. The rooms are modern and spacious. The hotel has large relaxation areas and an incredible pool. The breakfast is also excellent, and the staff are very kind and helpful. I 100% recommend it!

Tge hotel, the evironment and the garden are 4-5*, but the beach is not good at all. 2 - 300 meter more east it is much better. So only 3* ;-(((

I had the best margarita pizza in all of Seychelles at Fisherman's Cove Restaurant. The stunning view overlooking the Indian Ocean made the experience even more memorable

The gala di ner was good but surprisingky even for such a high charge they charged separtely for a glass of wine. Gala party was ok not very interesting. Near beach and their Parisian restaurant was good

The grounds are idyllic, overlooking the pool and set right on the beach. After nearly two months exploring the Seychelles, this was hands-down our best meal on the island

However it still has its pluses- charming seating area, lovely ocean view, direct beach access and close to some of the key hot-spots in Beau vallon. However its quite basic for the rates charged

The property is beautifully located in close proximity to the beach. The two houses we stayed in were spacious and nicely furnished

Standouts included the incredible Shrimp Curry (everyone’s favorite), a fresh green salad, smoked fish salad, grilled fresh fish, flavorful lentils, and even dessert. The food, service, and ambiance were all outstanding

Rooms are large and in a really fantastic state. Restaurant was awesome with a lot of goodies to choose from and all tasty. Beach just outside the restaurant with a lot to explore

The hotel provides a small kayak for guests, which is such a wonderful service. There is a nice pool with sun chairs, and the common areas are well maintained

There is a small grocery store directly across the street for snacks. I definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing seaside adventure on Mahe Island

It's not a cosy area -You need a rental car if you are staying more than one night because just siting on that parking area by the pool will not be fun for more than a few hours

-Pool area is strange, it's in the middle of the parking, and it only has 4 sunbeads

They offered to print our ferry tickets, and when we overslept on the day of departure, they kindly woke us up and drove us right to the ferry terminal so we could continue our journey as planned – our heroes! We were truly impressed by this place and can highly recommend it

You can walk down to the spotless beach of anse soleil and you will immediately understand why the hotel room at Four Seasons and Beachcomber are so expensive. This is a fantastic alternative to stay at

My stay at Maison Soleil was absolutely wonderful. Andrew is an incredible host, very kind. He made us feel welcome, gave us tips on what to do during our stay. He also gave us delicious fruit

For curiosity just look at what the Four Seasons charges for the night and they are just around the corner. I've been there one day and didn't find the employees to be very nice to the outsiders

We've been to Maison Soleil several times and are always very happy with our stay. It was another wonderful time. The location is great, and the accommodation is always nice, with a lot of care and attention to detail

Andrew, the owner, put together a handbook with information about the everything nearby - definitely helpful! There are beaches and restaurants within walking distances; Petite Anse at the Four Seasons is definitely worth checking out! Andrew has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable about everything, having lived in the Seychelles for over 20 years

What we especially like is the equipment: a nice outdoor shower, an outdoor kitchen, air conditioning, and a fan for the hot days, plus a small garden with a barbecue – all surrounded by beautiful nature

I was lucky enough to be there on Saturday and could get some fresh local produce from the Farmers Market by the dairy. I did not have a vehicle but there is a local bus service which is very cheap and easy to use
