Very, very beautiful hotel, built on a cliff, large and super clean, a very enjoyable hotel. There is a super refreshing infinity pool, the restaurant and bar have magnificent views, very, very good 👌🏻

The hotel is very beautiful, with a sea view! Not many people! The service is super good! Check out that morning, they also gave us a small dessert for breakfast! Although it was originally a buffet breakfast, it was also a thoughtful gesture!

The room was clean and hygienic. There are two front desks. The staff at the first front desk were very friendly. When I had questions and looked for hotel service staff, they took the initiative to help me answer questions. The hotel has a rich variety of breakfast and dinner. The restaurant service is very enthusiastic and gave us a bottle of beer. Thank them very much.

Outstanding place to stay. Right at the beach which is basically private and beautiful nature around. Real tropical heaven. Interior is very nice, the biggest benefit is a huge terrace. I highly recommend!

Retrying this review as my previously submitted reviews appears to have disappeared. My wife and I stayed 2 nights starting October 18th, 2023. A nice hotel and excellent service by the staff. Beach, mini-mart and nice restaurant (Rock Pool) near by. Brian (the owner) went way beyond being helpful by driving us in a couple of instances. Brian and Beryl are wonderful and accommodating hosts. We received an upgraded room as we were celebrating our honeymoon in Seychelles which was a very nice touch. Accommodation is super clean and breakfast is delicious (made fresh every morning). Sunset views are amazing. Highly recommending!

Great villa up a quite steep hill, which leads to some nice views. We only stayed one night due to a late flight next day. We were offered the posibility to use the room for the whole next day which was amazing. Would recommend to anyone with a car, but taxis can be organized by the staff also.

Warm and welcoming Our stay at Carana was great. The staff is the most friendly and helpful that we have ever met. Very welcoming and helpful. Fresh fruit from the garden for breakfast and the avocado from the tree at the balcony was amazing. Beautiful beach right below the hotel at a walking distance of 5 minutes. Loved it!

I stayed at the Hilltop Carana after being in La Digue for a couple of days. The hotel is located, like the name states on a hilltop with a beautiful view of the oceanside. The hotel itself is a little outdated. My room was a fairly spacious but it could definitely use an update. What the hotel lacks is redeemed by the fantastic staff. Booked Ocean Spray for my parents for their trip to Seychelles. Absolutely loved it! The views, the room and the owners are fantastic.

Absolutely magnificent place! We were served from the moment we got out of the car. Our heavy bags were carried upstairs and everything we needed we were able to ask. The payment was to be paid upon arrival and we forgot to pull out enough cash but the staff was really easy going so we were able to pay it few days after even without any issues.
