We enjoyed our stay here very much. The garden is amazing, the pool is big enough, and the rooms are sufficiently comfortable. The staff were super friendly and helpful, breakfast was basic but okay, and dinner at the restaurant was outstanding. The best part is the hotel’s private beach—romantic, not crowded, and set in a beautiful landscape with a lovely view. The hotel is located just north of Beau Vallon but is very quiet and peaceful.

Not Value for money. Despite the fact we had rather expensive room it was big but not very convinient.
Food is same every day and there are not much of it. So in fact pid for HB but in many cases we just gonout to have a dinner. In certain cases also for breakfast.
From time to time there are water cut-offs during evenibg and night.

Hotel has it own beach. But underwater stones makes it dangerous to use. So normally you sleep at Bliss and go to swim somwhere else.

And I was surprised with distrust and lacj of respect. We paid some thousands of USD for accomodation but at check out manager assumed that hear dryer or towels may be stollen🤦‍♂️ and insisted they to be presented.

So, 2 to the hotel and want to tell that Maldives are much better

Great location and very friendly helpful staff but the hotel is a ruin, almost feels like it has not been renovated since 2000, including changing the linen or towels. The furniture has visible signs of heavy wear, towels and linen in our room were full of yellow stains and other stuff. They quickly changed them but did not even apologize!It's highly overpriced location for a hotel which should be max 3*

We had one Week in a gardenview Room in December 25. So we stayed on the hillside, embedded in a lovely tropical garden with local geckos, snails and flying foxes. The gardeners are doing a great job, thank you Mahfuz for your welcoming smile.

The room was cozy and clean. Our housekeeper Massad did excellent service and roomcleaning. Thank you for that!

There is also Wellness & Spa: We had a beautiful and relaxing 45 min. massage. Thank you Tracy and Doreen.

Breakfast at the Barefoot Restaurant was good, the view over the ocean is splendid.
The staff was friendly and engaged.

Food and drinks at the Rockpool Restaurant are tasty, the view is beautiful and I loved the oceanbreeze. Thank you Jessa and particularly Suraj for the service!

The hotel is faraway from city bustle. So if you like it quiet (with the exception of some crazy local tuningcar-youngsters...😉) it is the right place, but for activities you need a car or you have to take the local bus at the busstop next to the hotel. Last bus arrives around 7 pm.

So all in all it is a nice hotel complex with natural charm, a lovely garden and beautiful view!

3-night stay at Bliss Hotel

We stayed 3 nights at Bliss Hotel. The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean — nothing to complain about! In addition, the hotel’s location is really great.

However, we experienced a major issue: a water leak occurred in our room around 9:45 p.m. and lasted for about 40 minutes. The staff responded very quickly, but unfortunately, some of our belongings — including a power bank — got wet, and we had to throw it away.
The light bulbs in the lamps also blew out and had to be replaced. Water was leaking from the ceiling, even through the ceiling light, which seemed particularly dangerous. Despite this, we were not offered a room change.

We asked if some kind of compensation could be made (for example, a 15% discount on the night), but we were only offered one breakfast. We found that quite minimal considering the situation and the late hour — we were already in bed.

Another point worth mentioning is that the sound insulation is very poor. The noise from cars and dogs at night makes it hard to sleep.

Nevertheless, I want to highlight the kindness and professionalism of the entire team, especially the breakfast staff (the breakfast itself is excellent!). A big thank you to them for their warm welcome and smiles.

Very nice location directly at the beach. Personell is very helpful and friendly. The kitchen has a broad choice and is of good quality.

We had a great stay. Large, cozy and modern room. Lovely surroundings and very friendly and helpful staff. Location is also gorgeous and quiet at night.

Only minus is that they never managed to open the pool bar, despite talking very fondly about it all the time. Never saw any employee in it.

Not a 4 star hotel
Hotellet lever IKKE op det de viser på deres billeder og egen hjemmeside. Virkeligheden er en hel anden på stedet.
Der går en stor trafikeret vej igennem hotel lokationen med tung trafik og meget støj og hoteller er slidt og der var skimmelsvamp på værelserne. Man kan ikke ligge på stranden og sole sig og heller ikke direkte ud til pool. Pool ligger på den anden side af vejen uden udsigt og mellem bygninger. Da vi checkede ind checkede der også et rejse selskab ind på 20 personer. Meget langt fra den ro og coolness de ønsker at fremstå som. Maden var dyr og meget lav kvalitet.
Vi havde booket 4 dage og to værelser og klagede over disse ting, men de var ligeglade og vi forlod hotellet efter få timer der og fik ingen kompensation.

My wife and I LOVED our stay at the BLISS. It was exactly what the name suggested it would be.
The room is super spacious and warmly decorated with so many little details. When you step outside you're in the middle of a tropical forest. Everything is green and there are birds all around. You are surrounded by nature.
The food at the restaurant, from the breakfast with fresh omelette, fruit and pancakes to the themed dinners were simply delicious. Thankfully we only had two nights, otherwise we would've probably each gained 10lbs :D
No, seriously, I'll definitely look at this hotel again the next time I'm traveling to the Seychelles and can only recommend you do the same for your stay on Mahé. But book ahead of time because it sells out fast.
