Very hard to summarise what a perfect gem of a find the place is. Its super clean, very comfortable and very much home from home directly opposite gorgeous quiet tranquil beach. Bryan the owner are super friendly and helpful,, on hand to assist with any needs. The Appt is fully equipped to make your stay very easy, right down to coffee. Upon arrival you are greeted with a very welcome cold homemade lemon grass drink, much appreciated. The Appt has very nice little touches like flowers on the Bed on arrival. Its super clean, very good quality bed and linen etc and makes a perfect central base mid way between Victoria or Beau Vallon. Cannot fault it and Id certainly return.

A nice home-y and welcoming hotel/apartment. Rooms are comfy and well equipped. The staff are very kind and supportive. North Coast is quiet and less built up so you do need a car to find restaurants.

The stay at Villa Koket was fabulous. I have nothing but words of gratitude. The staff is super friendly, and the house is spotless. It's very well located next to the beach, large and spacious, and fully equipped. They clean the house, provide beach towels, and on the day of arrival, they welcomed us with a traditional drink and left water, juice, and coffee in the apartment. They are available for anything you need; they are very friendly and helpful. On the last day, they let us do a late checkout until our flight departed, free of charge. It has been a pleasure spending these days at Villa Koket.

A great place to stay, convenient public transportation to the city, daily housekeeping, nice walks on the area. Some sections at the beach to the left (north) are signalled as dangerous, owing to seasonal rip currents but there is another one farther north absolutamente wonderful. The manager Brian is a very interesting guy with some local stories to tell

This villa was booked on our behalf by a touris, agency. On arrival there was a bit of confusion but once I showed them the booking slip, which the agency did we were show to the appartment. We had a joined appartment to sleep 3 people. It is a self catering villa, which of course provides flexibility to the travellers to either cook or dine out. The villa is advertised as 3 star and it is indeed a 3 star quality. It is a small villa resort. We were welcomed with a refreshing lemongrass tea, and were given some basic in formation of local facilities. The beach across the road whilst it is sandy it is not suitable for swimming as it is rocky. under the waves. There is a shop only 10minutes walk and if you wish to go to Beau Valon is about 25 minutes if you want to get to Port Glaud waterfall is about 40minutes. It is at the top part of the island and close to Victoria and the airport, but you would need a car to get to places. In fact a rental car is the best way to travel. We found the staff at the Villa super helpful. We were there for a specific task and it involved needing some local knowledge, and both staff were able to tell us of the less known facts of the island. Breakfast is in under the canopy in the garden, we did not mind it. It is a communal affair, but then again you can still have your own space. We found the pool refreshing after a long day in the sun. With the villa being surrounded by lots of vegetation there are ants and snails about, and mosquitoes, but this is just showing that nature is welcomed. From our perspective we loved that.

There was not hot water sometimes. The owner of the villa Bryan often tells you discontent. It seems that he paid me, not I paid him. The owner of the villa is a very annoyed character. He always raises his voice! It was very unpleasant! The villa itself is pretty from the outside, not very inside.

Hello! We visited Villa Koket recently with group of friends! What a disappointment! People who write reviews that it is clean there, - i am scared to imagine what is going on in your houses if you call Villa Koket clean!!! It is dirty everywhere, cleaning service is 0! Many ants, dust, stranger’s hair everywhere, dirty shower and linen! We chose Villa Koket because of good reviews but they are really not truthful! The territory is awful, people are eating breakfast just in the centre right in front of the pool and main building. No privacy at all! The pool is a joke, it is for birds, not for humans!

The good old reviews about Villa Koket are not relevant now! We followed these good reviews and arrived, we didn't like everything, the desire was to leave Villa Koket sooner. There is no beach! Swimming is unreal! The owner of the villa is fake. Also very dirty. He's pretentiously nice.(( Choose other apartments!

Not my first time in Seycheles, so i can compare Villa Koket to other places i was. It is not worth the price. Architecture villa is nice but inside very dirty. Dirty bed, kitchen, shower… Villa is at central road with buses, big vehicles, so always many noise. Also dogs barking always from outside, really always at night too! So no comfort and quiet atmosphere. The owner Is man with bad character, economises on everything, he tries to control you and does not take responsibility for anything. I dont recomend to pay for meals!!! They are very poor with total antisanitary! Villa is on beach but imposible swim - big stones in water everywhere with drunk local people and wild dogs. So price is really too much for this place! Don’t go and pay it!

The place was excellent me and my partner enjoyed our stay at villa koket we felt like part of the people living there during our time
Brian was an excellent host followed by the hostess who I didn’t get her name but she was also incredible what a trip to remember
The beach was just across the road heading the waves in the morning and at night was brilliant
As it was my partner birthday on the night we arrived it made her time even more special
