Gorgeous , relaxing hotel which offers spa. Not the cheapest but worth it. Would definitely visit again especially in winter. Would highly recommend for families , couples or single travelers. Welcoming place , good food, great spa facilities.

Newly reconstructed hotel with great wellness, food and even random sport activities. The rooms are not big, but very clean though. They have thay own basketball/footsall court, squash court, bowling. Court, billiard and ping pong are free for hotel guests. Every evening has a life piano music at the lobby bar. Staff is very friendly. There is also an EV charger at the parking lot.

The hotel offers a very good quality of services provided. Wellness is clean, functional and large. It has different variations of corners where you can spend your relaxing time. The food was in a good quality ( also salads). There was always enough food for everyone during breakfast or dinner. The staff was pleasant. Hotel is located in a place where you can easily get to the places where you want to go, or you want to go hiking or skiing, or just relax. We stayed there for 3 days and enjoyed it. We will definitely return when we will visit High Tatras again. PS: hote went through partial reconstruction of rooms recently, so I think some pictures uploaded here might be already old.

If you looking for best hotel around you are in right place. Let’s start with our arrival. Front desk stuff is always smiling and they are very very helpful. Right after our check in we had amazing wine for welcome drink. Best way to start your weekend. Room was amazing, spacious and with great view. They also prepared bed for our baby with teddy bear. This brought smile on our faces and our daughter loved it. Kudos for being so kind. We had a breakfast and dinner prepayed during our stay in hotel restaurant. Both were buffe style and food was delicious and with plenty of options to choose from. Waiters were very kind and always asking if we need something. Next to the restaurant is Lobby where you can chillax with glass of wine. I am recommending Skalicky rubin. Great taste. If you our unlucky during your stay and if weather it’s not on your side, there are lots of activities you can do inside hotel: - spa; pools with salt water also small ones for kids, saunas, Thai massage, - bowling, billboard, fitness, table football, and even squash courts - children playroom with lots of toys This was for sure not our last visit in Bellevue. I put this hotel to my favorite place in Tatras.

The location of this hotel is beautiful. The hotel is less beautiful. The room is ok but the pink carpet has odd stains on it. Very small bathroom with no room for toiletries to be placed in the room. The hotel is laid out with two areas, which is not explained when you check in. You are given general directions to an elevator and then you are essentially on your own. A map would be helpful. The hotel is near the town and there are a number of good restaurants there which is great for someone staying there. The food is some of the worst I have eaten in a hotel in quite some time. It is obvious that they are attempting to save money by offering not great food for dinner (barely cooked and inedible past) i will give them credit for an excellent minestrone soup.) We were offered free access to the wellness after the horrid dinner but only after speaking with the manager. I would not recommend this location nor would I stay here again.

This hotel can really offer a lot. Great location in Starý Smokovec,breakfast buffet is perfect,wellness,bowling,billiard,table tennis,gym and even souvenir shop.. and many more,very satisfied! ?
