I had a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel. The beds were incredibly comfortable and honestly some of the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. The breakfast each morning was delicious, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared, which made starting the day such a pleasure.

What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. The staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making my stay perfect. Every detail felt carefully considered.

I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, high-quality boutique experience ❤️🙂

I paid 300 euros for the hotel, plus 50 euros on my credit cards, which they promised to return. A month has passed, and the hotel still hasn't returned the promised 50 euros. They also charged us 16 euros for water and juice, not alcohol, which we didn't drink. It's better to pay in cash rather than by card so you can settle the bill on the spot and get your 50 euros back for later.

Dark and cramped place, like a block of flats or a hostel converted into a hotel. No restaurant or bar, a few tables at the reception where they seat you for breakfast, which was comical. The reception was mostly empty, the receptionist was walking up and down. The room was cold and there was no electrical plug in the bathroom. I will choose another hotel for my next business trip to Bratislava, I will not return here.

Very beautiful hotel, gentle personal. Position of hotel in the city is very comfortable, you can reach the city centre in about 15 minutes by foot. If you have a car you can leave it near hotel on parking. Breakfast is delicious too, I’ve been here for 3 days and every day they have different kind of food: salads, fish, meat. But you can order something from menu also, which is included in price. And in the evening you can go to spa or gym. So, I’d give this hotel 5/5. Have a nice trip:)

After a long day of canceled flights, and changing plans (since I was supposed to be in Poland), I ended up at this beautiful boutique hotel. With no reservation and as they were about to lock the main entrance door, Maria received me with a big smile. She offered me a room and advised me of all the amenities the hotel has to offer.
The room was much bigger than expected and it was beautifully decorated with warm brown and yellow tones that instantly make you feel at home. The bathroom was big and comfortable. You also get a work station/area. They offer bathrobes and slippers. There's also an umbrella in the room, and believe me you will need it. They provide different pillow options that will satisfy the most demaning guest. The mini bar was nicely stocked but I did not use it.
The breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of cold and hot foods. The coffee maker will make you the most delicious cappuccino.
During the day it seems the noise intensifies and you can hear everything, but at night is very quiet. Since I was out most of the day, that didn't bother me.
The staff was nice, polite, and always willing to help. Maria made a big impression on me. I had a lot of questions and she was always ready to help with a smile on her face. She made a wonderful first impression and that's how I knew I was in the right place. Wish I could stay longer but I'll definitely try to come back and stay here again.

Breakfast was lovely and the receptionist when we arrived too.
We were not impressed with location, there was a lot of noise in the morning due to grounds work.
The electricity in my room disappeared few times.

Air Conditioning Policy
• The hotel restricts air conditioning use based on the outside temperature, only allowing it when it’s above 18°C. This policy is frustrating and impractical—my room was 25°C, but I was unable to cool it down, making my stay uncomfortable.
• I requested help from the staff, but they were unable to override the system or offer a solution.
Noise and Construction
• There is ongoing construction right outside the hotel. The noise begins at 8 a.m. and is extremely loud, making it impossible to rest or stay in the room during the day.
• If you’re hoping for a peaceful environment or plan to spend time in your room during the day, this is not the place.
Overall Experience
• The combination of inflexible air conditioning rules and excessive construction noise made my stay unpleasant.
• I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort or relaxation until these issues are addressed.

Do not book!
This is not a 4star, neither a boutique hotel. The equipment of the room is dated, the room was smelly and there was nothing that would make this a 4 star experience.
At best, this is a 2star Bed and Breakfast that charges you horrendous amounts of money, pretending something else. Go elsewhere.

A brilliant hotel with great facilities and excellent staff. The room was modern and clean and the spa was an added bonus. The breakfast offering was brilliant and the hotel also smelt amazing - we asked them what diffuser they were using!
