The breakfast is wonderful!
The rooms are clean and good size. The heating was not on when we checked in, but it was pleasant inside.
Sadly, the check-in process is so slow and lengthy and the curly girl at the reception is not cut for her position. Zero social interaction.
Location is not central, but in 10 mins by Bolt you are in the center.
Parking is 10€/night, not included in room's rate.

This is a 3 star hotel at best, the room smelled musty, the shower is tiny, the room safe did not work, no phone in room so if you need something you have to go all the way to reception. Only 1 person on at check-in and a lot of people were waiting. Paid parking but the car park only half full , because of location seemed over priced parking fee. WiFi is poor and no indication of WiFi password in the room, had to go to reception and it was busy, eventually found a small sign with WiFi password

This hotel provides breakfast exactly as it should be in every hotel. The location is excellent, and the staff are professional and friendly. As someone who has been traveling for the last 10 years, I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Bratislava.

This is an old building. The room is nice and clean. Very interesting... with 3 beds. And they still use the real key to open the room door. 😅

The staff was very friendly and helpful, which definitely made the stay more pleasant. There is parking available on-site, but be aware that it comes at an additional cost. The room was clean and generally acceptable, but the bathroom was a downside – very small, with a noticeable smell of dampness and an unclean toilet. The ventilation grate was extremely dirty, which negatively affected the overall impression. On the positive side, the breakfast was excellent – very tasty, fresh, and with a great variety of options.

The hotel is old and needs renovation. I can understand that renovation is expensive and takes time, but there are other things that I didn't like and could be easily fixed. The bed sheets had holes and stains. There was no soup in the shower dispenser. Housekeeping probably means only taking out trash as nothing else was cleaned so we stopped using the service for the rest of our stay. Not sure how this hotel can have 4 stars...

5km Out of city but worth the travel as it is a gem. Price/Quality rate is great. Tram can take you there in a jiffy.
