The property has 2 separate buldings - an older hotel and a new one over the street. Reception and breakfast for both hotels is in the new building but that shouldn't be a problem since it's near the old one.
We stayed at the old one. From the outside, the building looks cheap but the apartment was perfect - clean, new furniture, towels and shower gel, functional air conditioning in each room of the apartment.
For the old building, there's a big parking lot behind it and it's accessible for free with a card that you receive at the reception.
It's also not far by foot from the old city center or the beach 🤘

THE HOTEL WAS VERY CLEAN AND NOT FAR FROM THE BEACH, A VERY BEAUTIFUL AND QUIET PLACE. THE HOTEL STAFF WAS VERY GENTLE WITH TOURISTS. EVEN BECAUSE I AM A FOREIGN TOURIST AND I DON'T KNOW THE LANGUAGE WELL, THE STAFF TRIED TO COMMUNICATE WITH ME AS BEST AND EASILY AS POSSIBLE. RESPECT FOR THE HOSTING!

Unfortunately, they gave us a room in the old building. Although it was clean, the torn curtains, the holey sheet and the fact that the room door couldn't be locked made our stay uncomfortable.

This is definitely not a 4-star hotel.
The property consists of two buildings located about 200 meters apart, but the reception is only in the newer building, which can be inconvenient.
As for the rooms — they are very clean and well-maintained, which was a pleasant surprise!
Breakfast was just okay. It could really benefit from more variety and better options.
I would recommend staying here, but only if you book a room in the newer building.

We stayed in the new "annex" of the hotel which is really a separate building a block over from the original hotel. It's either recently built or renovated as everything is very modern. Seems like there is still some work being done on the ground floor. Rooms are specious, good bed, nice bathroom. Takes about 10-15 minutes to walk into the old town. Beware of concerts in the close by stadium which might keep you up at night :/

This hotel is a located in the heart of the city centre. Hotel personnels are very helpful . The hotel provides good filling breakfast . One has the option of eating out or option of ordering from outside. A nice place to stay and do a sight seeing around. If you need to grab a lunch,dinner you can go to near by restaurant/ eating joint where in you can eat and dine watching the city.

Very cool place for staying in Koper. Nice localisation, close to everywhere, good prices, nice crew and pleasant interior encourage for longer stay.
