Arrived around 8am and room was not ready, Biljana was so kind and nice to offer us an upgrade at a special rate. Honestly, the suite was a worthy paid upgrade and we could get the room immediately! Room was super huge and cause it was at the corner, the view of the lake was beyond perfect. The winds were super strong butbthe room had heater too. Best money spent and Biljana was so friendly to even walk us to our room and explained the facilities yet answered my 101 questions that I had for her! Staff at the wellness area could be nicer though, she was rude to us and could see the difference in her treatment to the paying guest in front of her and us as a hotel guest.

The stunning view from the open window made it all worth the ticket price. The only downside was how cold it was with the window open! But it's a highly recommended hotel, so I'm sharing it with you all.

Breakfast spread was alright but omelette was quality, with barista made coffee. Joined the yoga session before going for sauna and swim though the small pool is crowded. Room is pretty cozy but the premium you pay for river view is wide, which you can enjoy over breakfast.

+ good choice for breakfast, great bread
+ amazing pool with slide for recreation (though not for swimming)
+ promoting tap water
- At times (depending on the weather) there was a bad sewer smell in my room
- I was promised a free late checkout at reception but when checking out the same assistant denied it and demanded 55 EUR (later brought down to 40 EUR which I paid)
- no gym of any kind in the hotel (guests can use the gym in Hotel Park by the same owner but that's a few minutes downhill)
- I don't know why, but at breakfast, many dishes were rather tasteless: grilled veg, the juices (?)
- super restrictive dress code for dinner posted (don't know if they enforce it, never went, didn't seem good value at 37 EUR)
- only one working elevator, but I used the stairs

We had a weekend blast in the hotel - the staff who were friendly and courteous beyond what was expected, reserved us a table for dinner at the nearby restaurant, recommended other places to see and what to experience; room with a breathtaking view in the top floor; going to the pool at 21:30 on Saturday evening and having a blast on the water slide...we have all praise for the full service provided!

The view was absolutely stunning, offering a good view of all the iconic attractions, even though the location wasn’t the closest. The bed was also very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Additionally, the room was impressively spacious, which made the stay even more enjoyable!

The facilities are fine. but there were so many group customers that was busy using the restaurant or the facility. Also, I was disappointed that the dinner buffet was too low quality. I would recommend you to eat outside without including dinner.
