Don’t believe the fake reviews from influencers who are paid to say the hotel is great and who get the best rooms and services for free. When you actually have to pay, it becomes clear they don’t really know how to run tourism properly.
At the reception, they don’t even know their own offerings. Wellness reservations are either not recorded or they claim they don’t exist — even though you booked the time they themselves suggested.
They don’t admit when they make a mistake and leave you waiting for half an hour thinking they will fix the issue. Then they tell you that what you reserved three days earlier is “not possible today.”
I understand that mistakes can happen, but you should admit them — not lie and avoid responsibility just to make money, which in the end you didn’t even get.
On the positive side, the wine bar looks excellent.

Very disappointing and unprofessional experience.
Yesterday we called the hotel and booked an appointment for a massage today at 5:00 PM. When we arrived on time, we were informed that, due to an internal mistake, two appointments had been booked for the same time slot and our massage could not be done.
The issue was only discovered upon our arrival, and no adequate solution was offered. As a result, we went there for nothing and wasted our time.

4 stars must be on a 20-star scale?!
The rooms have definitely seen better days – cracks and stains on the walls, old furniture, smelly and even dead insects. Yellow worn-off blankets. We specifically requested a king-sized bed, but were given a twin room instead.
Parking is advertised as included, but it’s an extra 5 € per day. The swimming pool is included, but using the sauna costs 14 € per person. Breakfast is part of the deal, yet if you want coffee with plant milk, that’s another 2 €. Why bother claiming things are included if you nickel-and-dime guests for basic options?
Overall, the hotel feels misleading and outdated. I regret booking this place.

Room: old, carpet within stains, one of the bathroom lights did not work (it was really dark), bathroom was very old and a little smelly, toilet not really clean; I asked for a quiet room - it was directly at a staircase with a youth sports team being loud until midnight every night
Staff: did not bother much, approaching them felt like being a burden, waiter was overly stressed
Food: Dinner - do yourself a favour and eat elsewhere, staff seemed overchallenged even without many guests, the food is not even mediocre
Breakfast - great variety, seemed to be prepared a night before as cheese already had dried ends
Everything else: costs extra - even parking
I regretted booking this.

In hotel the restoran was amazing.
Pools were very clean and good. The food
was amazing and delicious and water was refreshing.People in hotel were very good and the people who served our food were
very nice and kind and they also gave kids lolipops.The rooms were amazing and the beds were very comftrobol. After all day I think this is the best hotel in Slovenija.

The hotel is a little bit old, but everything is very clean and tidy. The dinner and breafast offer is just the best we had in hotels with similiar pricing. The desserts are actually full of taste and really good. Also the stuff - lady that served us mostly was so kind, she brought a special drink for kids to take away. We have never experince that kind of personal touch in hotels. The swimming pool and other pools are ok, there is also a pool of 45 cm height for small children but there was only wealness it was a little bit cold at that time. The receptionist also gave us good advices. Overall we has very good experience.

The rooms are modern and scrupulously clean. Tea making facilities a real bonus. The location is excellent. Close to town but quiet at night. The food at breakfast and in the evening is very good with lots of choice. Restaurant staff friendly and helpful and we were treated so well.

Not the best place to stay I would say it is closer to a three star rating than it is a four. Food is good but you can tell they are using left overs the day after. Like mashed potatoes being used as croquet potatoes the day after And pancake pieces with fruit for pudding in the evening being used for breakfast the morning after. Cracked walkway with a few bits missing. Bin in bathroom not emptied every day,cups not washed at all, pet cat has run of the place including the dinning area even when you are eating. One member of staff feeding cat in dining area then brings you bottled water with out washing their hands. Even stroking cat while people are eating. To be perfectly honest with a right good push in the right direction this place could be a four star just a few people letting the side down and the management letting things slide. On the other hand most of staff very plesant. But overall NOT A SATISFACTORILY STAY.

Comfortable hotel along the road to Vrcic pass. The rooms are good, as well as the beds. We had booked half board. You have a good choice of food (serviced buffet), that changes daily. Very friendly personnel. Got a beautiful bottle of wine as a present for my birthday. How nice is that!?
