Overall, my stay at this hotel was comfortable, with some positive aspects but also a few areas that could be improved.
Positive points:
• The digital check-in process was smooth and convenient.
• The room was spacious, and the bathroom in particular was impressively large.
Negative points:
• The amenities were quite limited, offering only the bare essentials.
• The air conditioner was noisy, which affected the comfort of the stay.
• The shuttle bus service to the airport had very few departures, making transportation less convenient.
2. The power outlets were broken; my phone would charge for a few minutes and then stop. This was incredibly inconvenient. Two out of our three rooms had this exact issue, which is ridiculous.
3. The toilet was difficult to flush, and eventually stopped working altogether. There was a constant sound of running water all night.
4. The hygiene was also poor. I don't know how they clean, and the air wasn't fresh.
5. There's absolutely nothing around the hotel, so be prepared for that.
6. Both the male staff member at check-in and the woman at the front desk during check-out were extremely disrespectful to guests. They were very unfriendly towards Chinese tourists, looking down their noses at us. Especially one short-haired woman – her face was sour, and I don't know why she was so arrogant. In a place where fresh vegetables and fruits are hard to come by in winter, a 1.5m bed is called a "super king room," and a 30-square-meter room is a "deluxe room" – what is there to be so haughty about? When you've made enough money, come visit China.
