One of the best stays I’ve had!

1. Convenient location -a bus stop (with airport limousine bus) AND a train station right in front of the hotel, only a few train stops away from Hong Dae.

2. Friendly and helpful staff, very good service, everyone spoke English.

3. Spacious rooms, large bathroom, comfy bedding, great light switch control, also great amenities.

4. Nice cafe on Floor 1 of the hotel

5. Baggage storage available before check-in time at 3pm

Definitely feels more than 3 star-hotel! I would certainly stay here again when visiting Seoul and highly recommend to others.

Convenient location near bus stops, train station, and with airport bus availanle nearby. Facilities were great with 24 h gym, dining and kitchen area, yoga room etc. Service was friendly, staff were helpful with luggages. General lack of amenities as it's a suite rather than hotel, so no daily housekeeping, towels, tissue etc.

Its tidy and decent. Only the staff are not at front desk even we tried to call and can't reach them (12noon).

The room was new but small, and the amenities were insufficient; there were no tissues, and the slippers were flimsy. The location was okay; not in a busy area, but it was about a 15-minute drive to any other area. HK$1000 per night was too expensive.

A friend who had stayed there before recommended it, saying it was in a great location. I actually stayed there and it was right in front of the station, the surroundings were nice, and the facilities were clean and comfortable. When I went, there seemed to be some kind of event going on because it was fireworks season. If I timed it right, I thought the occasional event would be fun. Hotels in Myeongdong are so expensive these days, so I recommended it to my international friends, too.

The check-in process was extremely unpleasant! The staff didn't verify the guest's name and booking information, giving my reserved room to another guest with the same last name. It took an hour to finally get me a different room.

The staff on duty at night didn't speak English.

The bedding was of average quality, and the pillows were uncomfortable.

The room was clean, spacious enough for two people, and had plenty of wardrobe space.

The location is close to the subway station, making it convenient.

I'll give two different ratings for the room and service quality. If you're considering this hotel, read on.

👍🏻The building is new and feels upscale. The rooms are soundproofed, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped.

However, ⚠️
Please be careful if you can't check in during the reception staff's availability, as you might be missed and unable to check in. The hotel also provides a phone number that won't be answered at night until someone responds the next day.

Having worked in the hotel industry and traveled solo many times, this is the first time I've encountered this kind of situation, and I find it incomprehensible. ☺️

The location is perfect and the building is newly built, with great layout and interior. However, during my stay I experienced: - In-room Wi-Fi problems - Air conditioner malfunction - Fire alarm malfunction - Persistent sewage smell (staff suggested just pouring water) - Dirty elevator buttons - Poor ventilation (humid in summer) - A/C mode not adjustable (noisy) - Room change requires extra fee + new contract - Noise issues (less than others, but doors slam loudly) Staff communication was frustrating — responses limited to 9–6 weekdays only, and frontline staff often deflected responsibility or argued instead of helping. Some other staff were kind, but overall service was inconsistent. Not recommended unless you’re a short-term guest or fluent in English.

It was really nicest place, that you can cook. And very good location for everybody. So if you stay in Seoul more than 3 days, this place more comfortable for you

It was very neat, the buffet located at the 2nd floor didn't have variety but the food was very nice, for 27,000 won though, it was alright. The room was great but it was very DARK so you can't work here or read a book. There's a very cool park by the river a few blocks away but the hotel itself is located inside the city so the view isn't the best.
