Self-service check-in was very smooth and efficient. Suitable for a short stay. Wish if they could add a complimentary drinking water bottle and water heater too.

Awesome hotel... super clean and comfortable; similar to a bachelor apartment with laundry, kitchen, refrigerator. There is also a really nice hiking trail nearby which is perfect for stretching if you're on a layover.
The only downside is there is nobody working the front desk and you can't check in before 3pm. The person on the phone can only speak Korean. They're nice people (one young man was particularly helpful!), but it's not ideal if you're arriving early.
Still, this is a great hotel and I plan to stay here whenever I have a layover in Incheon!

I love staying here as it’s so close to the airport! Unfortunately, the AC this time was super noisy and kept waking me up but otherwise it was a lovely stay.

I was hedging on reserving based on prior reviews, but overall the facility worked just fine. It's definitely a compact unit. Likely easier to check in than it's competitors Shine (same building) but I was lucky to find an attendant in the office. Auto-check-in is NOT automatic.
Had to arrange a taxi from another hotel beside Unseo station to reach SkyTop. Indeed too far to walk with more than a carry on bag. Great view, and just enough restaurants in the vicinity.
Clean enough on the surface, but much dust under the bed. Label the refrigerator. Instructions fir the washer dryer in English (as for the television) would be appreciated since it is a major feature. I wanted to use it, but erred on side of caution.

Book because I thought it was close to the hotel, which it is kind of, but not really. I thought they had a shuttle in the hotel for free, but this is not the case. The hotel doesn’t have a good feeling to it.

Very comfortable and great view on Inchon. 24/7 food market on 1 floor, I was so surprised, because I went there at evening, but foods was a lot. Good choice for 1-2 nights 🫡

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and smooth check-in process. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with a great view from the window.
I also enjoyed the hotel facilities – the gym was well-equipped, and the lounge area was a great place to relax. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and elegant.
It’s rare to find a hotel that truly feels like a home away from home. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip!

The hotel is just a short walk to Unseo station so it was convenient. Check-in was done by yourself with a machine - it was relatively easy but the card didn't work on first issue but this was sorted by someone who came down after phoning the emergency line. In my room, the shower head seemed a bit faulty but it was usable. I only stayed one night so I didn't raise it as an issue.

The selection proved largely satisfactory; however, there were two notable shortcomings: the bathroom ceiling above the shower exhibited staining, and elevator wait times were excessive.
