2) The front desk staff were polite, but couldn't resolve issues promptly; we had to go to the counter ourselves for answers. I originally booked a Standard King Room, but was assigned a Standard Queen Room upon arrival. When I brought it up to the staff, they claimed Trip.com hadn't specified the room type correctly, and that their 'Standard' rooms all came with queen beds, while 'Deluxe' rooms had king beds. Due to this miscommunication, we decided not to argue further. Next time, I'll need to be more careful! ⚠️
But the real highlight was the surprise upgrade to a triple room - we didn't expect it, but it made me and my husband’s trip so much more comfortable! Huge thanks to the staff for making our stay extra special 🙏.
The room was spotless, amenities were top-notch, and the breakfast spread was delicious. Would definitely recommend and return in a heartbeat!
