Hotel reception is at the top floor.
What truly stood out was the professionalism and kindness of the staff. Check-in was smooth, and everyone was always helpful and welcoming. The breakfast selection was also very good, with a nice mix of Korean and international options.
The hotel offers great value for money considering the quality, cleanliness, and prime location in Gangnam. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seoul for business or leisure.
This construction is not ending anytime soon but will be great to stay in the future. (Yeongdong-daero Underground Complex Development Project expected to finish by 2028)
Lobby is on 21st floor (top floor): You can leave your key card in your room and leave the door open when checking out if you do not have any additional purchase. You also can store your luggage at lobby after check out.
Of course convenietly located across COEX mall and approx 30 min walk to Dosan area (Gentle monster, Atissu, Wiggle wiggle, London bagel house, etc)
