Second time staying at Shilla Stay Seocho. It’s approximately 15 mins walk from Gangnam station/ Gangnam shopping area. There are 2 convenient stores near the hotel which allows you to do a quick snack/grocery run. Room is bright, clean and modern looking. The aircon, however, doesn’t seem to be adjustable. It was at 25 degrees throughout my entire stay even though it was set to heater mode. The hotel can do a better job with the toilet fixtures, tapes were used to hold down edges and laminates, probably damaged due to water and moisture.

Overall, I'm really happy with my stay. Even though check-in was officially at 3 PM, they let me check in at 2 PM, which was a nice surprise. The front desk staff spoke excellent English. They even gave me some snacks when I checked in and Seoul Express vouchers and bookmarks when I checked out. The room wasn't huge, but it was perfectly adequate, and the desk was super convenient for eating takeout. The little sofa was a great touch too! The location is fantastic, close to both Yangjae and Gangnam subway stations. On the walk to either station, you'll find plenty of convenient stores like CU and GS25, as well as Paris Baguette, Starbucks, Cha Bai Dao, McDonald's, and Olive Young. Couldn't ask for more!

Stayed for two days on a business trip. The service and cleanliness were both quite good. There were a lot of foreigners at the hotel.

The room was clean and quiet, the customer service was attentive, and the breakfast was abundant. The surrounding transportation was convenient, making it suitable for both business and leisure travelers. The complimentary special toiletries were a thoughtful touch.

very nice and clean hotel with great location and friendly staff and decent breakfast selection. the only downside are paper cups for hot tea in the room. and not possible to borrow normal tea cups from restaurant. for 4 star hotel bot surprising. otherwise great stay 👌 thank you

The environment is excellent, and the location is superb. Right downstairs, there's an airport bus to Incheon Airport. You can take bus 6009 directly to the airport, and it only takes about an hour. Don't worry if domestic maps show 2 hours; it's actually just over an hour.

Check-in was quick and easy. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, plenty of towels, and a good selection of toiletries. The view from the window was lovely.
Within a 1km radius, there are numerous convenience stores and Olive Young shops, as well as many snack bars, which was super convenient for us. It's also a half-hour walk to the Seoul Arts Center, which was perfect.
The mini-fridge was a bit small, and the microwave was only available at the front desk, which was a minor drawback.

A business hotel in a convenient location. Staff were friendly. The room is spacious and clean. Amenities are sufficient. Within walkable distance to the popular Gangnam main area. Highly recommended!
