Generally I’m very happy with this hotel, but there are a few points that I could be better:
- having a full body mirror somewhere would be a solid nice addition
- the cleaning service did not always replace my used cups or renew the paper cups provided. On my last day they didn’t even replenish the tea supply which was a pity
- the cleaning schedule was very late. I mostly come back to the hotel late at night after 8 pm but once I had to drop my luggage at 3 or 4 pm and it still wasn’t cleaned so I put the please clean up sign on the door (in case they simply missed my room for some reason) when I went back out. When I came back around 7 pm the cleaning lady was still in my room.

Otherwise the room and the hotel was perfect.
- the bed was the right amount of fluffy and stiff that you don’t sunk in, and the bed cover is nice and fluffy (great during winter)
- the room is generally warm, though I’d appreciate better window folds that I can allow some sunshine in
- it has bidet in the toilet, and complete toiletries in the shower. I didn’t use the bathtub, it looks nice but a bit awkward positioning outside of the shower so It could be a slippery haphazard
- really awesome call to have cables provided for all your charging needs (I wouldn’t have carried my computer charger if I knew they provide it in the room)
- easily accessible from the subway, and lots of bus options to go around. Also love that it’s only 10 minutes walk to Hangang (Yanghwa Degyo) for a morning stroll. Oh, and lots of restaurants in the area
- massive tv (though I barely used it)

Good friendly service and a separate room for the jacuzzi, and the bed was comfier than most Korean hotels. Just be sure to bring a fan in the winter if you sleep cold, AC is seasonal.

Location was good - subway was 5 min walk away and bus stops are like 2 min on foot. We had no trouble getting around via public transportation. The furniture and decorations were a bit outdated but the room was bigger than average hotel rooms of the same tier. The only problem we had was with soundproofing. We could hear footsteps, water, voices and some "activities" from other rooms.

Location wise, it was perfect. Just a few minute walk from one of the major subway stations in Seoul. Felt quite safe returning late at night. But the room furniture is showing signs of wear and tear. The mattress was beginning to sink. The lighting was too dim. Even in the broad daylight, the room remained dark. The uploaded photo of the bathroom area is lot brighter than it actually was. It was supposed to be non-smoking, but smoke order lingered in the toilet room – had to spray it with Febreze when using the toilet. Had a major issue with the room key card multiple times. The front desk staff gave various reasons as to why the door wouldn’t open. It was finally fixed after the third time of total inconvenience and frustration. Totally unacceptable. The only redeeming part of this stay was the lovely housekeeping staff who went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure everything was clean and well provided for in a timely manner.

The location is good, easy to get to the Inchon International Airport. The staff is friendly and ready to manage all problems if you have.

Overall the place was good, staff can speak english so if you’re worried about that you’ll be ok. They’re super nice too. You can also use papago to speak aswell. We stayed in the premium jacuzzi room, the jacuzzi itself we didnt use it may look dirty but im sure thats because of wearing. Location wise theres a bus station about a 3 mins around the corner aswell as various food and shopping nearby. I’d come back and would suggest you give the place a rey.

The hotel was in a good location 5 minutes from dangsan station line 2 and 10 minutes walk to han river ( you should use the station walk to cross the highway) , staff was good and helpful , room service staff was great too ! Its worth the price !

Very unique boutique hotel. Overall was good. But not quite for me as dark theme is not my cup of tea.
