Really great location, absolutely money's worth. Airport bus, public transportation 2-5 minutes away. Near a lot of tourist sites, 5 -20 minutes you have Insadong,Bukchon village, the old Joseon stream, City hall, Seoul history Museum, Kwanjang-, Dongdeamun- and Myeondong Market.
Nice staff, modern building and interior, Rooftop terrace with a BBQ that we unfortunately didn't have time to use. Clean and neat both in room and common areas, great service to have washing machine and dryer.
The star that's missing is lack of breakfast variation and just a little bit too easy to hear your neighbour's bathroom visits.

Good hotel. Quiet. Rig by next to some classic sight seeing spots. Some real world heritage stuff. Good central location if you want to be in the classic part of Seoul.

Very nice experience, the water heater broke while we were there and they had it fixed the next day. They felt bad and gave everyone a free coffee the next day.

Terrible Service by Ashley
I told Ashley to book us a taxi. She did, but the taxi driver refused to give us a lift.
I told her to help us get another taxi and she refused, saying that the other taxi driver will drive away too and told us to take a cab or bus to Seoul station.
I had to told her off sternly before she booked the taxi again.
And when the taxi came, she refused to help us talk to the taxi driver, saying that all taxi drivers are unpleasant.
This is not true. The driver was a kind man and he explained that he thought it was the hotel's staff to help with the luggage while he control the car.
Ashley was very lazy and unprofessional.

The room had cosy beds and modern heating.

Cool industrial design mid range hotel in Seoul. Friendly staff who spoke perfect English. Rooms are nice and neat with heated floors. Location is good. About 7mins walk to the nearest subway and a 4 mins walk to a bus stop.
