Very close to Jongno3 ga station, there are interchange of line 1, 3 and 5. The hotel is surrounding with many local food. Very convenience to stay.

The location was great and the front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. The room itself was spacious.

The hotel has a great location, very well connected and close to many places. The service was friendly and helpful. However, the room did not look like the photos — it was very dark, without a window and poorly ventilated.

The room itself is nothing like the photos. You'd be better off staying in a capsule. There's constant noise from the adjacent rooms. It looks like a hotel rented by the hour. My biggest mistake was being fooled by the price and the room photos. It's also incredibly dirty. When we asked for it to be cleaned, our room was changed, and we were moved to an even dirtier room. When I insisted it needed cleaning, the next day I saw only the floors had been mopped.

Hotel is in a small street not far from Jongno-3-ga station (about 5 mins walk from subway station). You can walk to Iksondong or Seosullagil. From Incheon Airport you can take airport bus no.6002 to Jongno-3-ga station and walk to hotel. The hotel staff is very kind and always ready to help. We can leave our luggages for 1 night when we traveled out of Seoul. The room is same with the advertised photo but a bit worn out. But when compare with the price, the room is spacious and good value.

We had a very pleasant stay. Check in was super easy. They were also able to storage our luggage at the hotel on the last day, so we were able to enjoy the city bevor leaving.

I would like to thank the whole Hotelp Pop team for their incredible everyday work and everyday dedication to their guests. The stay stay was phenomenal and everyone was so helpful and friendly. Hotel Pop is mg second home i love to stay here over and over again.

Its in a bit of a dirty part of the city but its lively and vibrant wirh lots of locals eating there . The room was clean and cleaned everyday, i think its current rating is too low to be fair on it. Good location for tourism close to the palace and metro
