It was convenience near by Myeongdong 2min. walk and between Airport bus no. 6015. there was everyday cleaning the room. There are Wasing machine room. We can deposit and went to Ski resort. Thank you Hotel management understanding.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of Myeongdong's shopping district, directly across from Lotte Department Store. The hotel was spotless, and as soon as I arrived, someone helped me with my luggage to my room. Check-in was super quick too. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, so I slept really well. Plus, the location is very convenient.

This stay was quite disappointing and didn't meet my expectations for a Park Hyatt. First off, the entrance is very small and doesn't match the Park Hyatt's stature. This hotel is super close to Gimpo Airport, and there's a direct subway line to Incheon Airport and Seoul Station too. Even though it's not in the city center, I've stayed here a few times and always found it really convenient. Plus, there's a botanical garden right next door, making it very quiet with a great atmosphere.

Stayed in this hotel a few times on business trips. It is very convenient as it is located just beside Gimpo airport, Metro station and Lotte Mall yet it is not too busy. Bed and pillow are comfortable, and rooms are kept very clean. Service staffs were very friendly too.
