The employees were incredibly kind and approachable. The cleaning ladies were warm and friendly, and they did an excellent job maintaining the cleanliness of my room while my son was there. However, the bed was extremely uncomfortable for someone like me who was recovering from surgery. It was old and saggy, and you could feel the springs on your back. It desperately needed a new mattress.

Great location right by City Hall Exit 6 and Sogong Underground Shopping Link Exit 2 that leads to Myeongdong. Cheonggyecheon stream is just 600m away, perfect for a morning run. Great environment and location! The surrounding facilities are really convenient, and the room was very clean. There are all sorts of unique shops right downstairs. It was raining when I visited, so I walked around with an umbrella and it felt just like something out of a romantic movie.

The hygiene was good, and the location was decent too. There are two subway stations nearby, and plenty of restaurants. The only downside is that most places close too early; they stop taking orders after 8 PM, which meant I had trouble finding good food for two days. The convenience store downstairs was very handy. My room had no view at all, and it felt pretty desolate.

Traveling during the May Day holiday, prices were inflated, and after comparing a few options, I felt Nine Tree offered the best value for money. I stayed for 4 nights and saved almost 2000 KRW compared to staying in Mapo, which I then used for taxis – a good deal. The hotel is quite close to Gyeongbokgung Palace and Bukchon Hanok Village. Exceeded all expectations! The hotel's location is superb, really close to all the attractions. There are plenty of shops downstairs, and I highly recommend OurBakery – their bread is delicious! You don't need to bother with the hotel breakfast. They also have a self-service laundry and a gym, which is perfect for travelers. The location is truly excellent, incredibly close to everything. I could easily walk to the duty-free shop, go back and forth, drop off my purchases, even head back to the hotel for a nap at lunchtime, and then continue exploring in the afternoon. My only minor complaint is that the service felt a bit cold. Overall, it was still pretty good.
