Lavi de Atlan Hotel 2 in Busan

I stayed at this hotel for two nights during my 4-day trip to Busan. It's super convenient with plenty of food, drinks, shops, and places to browse right downstairs.

On a clear day, the sea view is great, and the surrounding area is lively. The hotel lobby is shared with another property. The room looks very new and is quite clean. The main thing is that the price is excellent. The only downside is there are only two elevators, so you might have to wait a while if it's busy.

The hotel is close to everything! Beach, night market, restaurants and the most important thing is Olive Young! Hahaha. Best hotel.

Haeundae traditional market is right now stair, and you can see haeundae beach from the hotel. I got the beach view and it was beautiful

I always love staying here when I come to Busan! It’s so close to the beach and the staff are so friendly and helpful!

Just a few hundred meters straight out of the subway, and my room had a sea view, though it was a corner view, not a frontal one. The reception is on the 3rd floor. It's a large building, probably with a few different hotels operating together, but it was still decent and clean. No breakfast, and a bit pricey, but if I go to Haeundae, Busan again, I'd consider staying here.

I had an excellent stay at Lavi De Atlan Hotel in Busan, especially because of its unbeatable location in Haeundae, which is a very happening area with wide sideways and jogging paths. The hotel is just a short walk from Haeundae Beach, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores, which made exploring the area incredibly easy.

The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities I needed for my stay. I also appreciated the nice view from the room and the overall value for money—it’s a great option if you’re looking for something affordable in a prime location. Many travelers highlight the same thing: the location is definitely the biggest advantage, with a walkability score that makes it easy to reach nearby attractions.

However, there is no breakfast option provided - Only offered for guests staying at Marysol Hotel at 18,000 won (which happens to be located in the same building).

Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its convenience, accessibility, and reasonable pricing—perfect for a short stay in Haeundae.

Great location, with plenty of street food and shops around and also within walking distance to beach. The room is clean and bed is comfortable. We have a great ocean view.
Checking in and out is a smooth process.
It is also walking distance to bus stops and train station.

Right on the *****. Walking distance to train, beach and lots of restaurants around the hotel. Room was good. It shares the same lobby and building as Lavi de Atlan Hotel (We were looking for Lavi de Atlan Hotel 2 but only the Lavi de Atlan Hotel came up but its the same building and reception). Early check in is 11,000krw per hour but you can opt for them to store your luggage and come back after 3pm check in. Complimentary 2 bottles of water daily (I think thats the norm). No complaints here.
