The location is very convenient, situated in the northern part of the city. The room size was decent, but the air conditioning was problematic. When turned on, it hummed constantly and emitted a burning smell. When off, the room was cold. On the first day, there was no bottled water in the room. Interestingly, on the second day, without even requesting room service, bottled water and towels were left outside my door. The breakfast was very basic; honestly, there's no need to book it.

Hotel was close to seomyeon station, was abit older than what i expected but overall still clean and good! Staff was really helpful with our requests as well.

Nice hotel in a great location, steps away from Lotte
Department store in Seomyoen. Surrounded by restaurants and 24 hour eateries. Room was spacious with sufficient amenities though rooms on the 6th floor are noisy from the bowling alley below. Price is good for what you get so would recommend!

We found Arban Hotel last minute and so happy we canceled the other booked hotel after reading about positive reviews. The location is literally right in the middle of the shopping area and about no more than 5 mins walk to subway station. We booked 2 x double room for family of 2 x adults and 2 x teenagers. The rooms are nice, big and clean. Coin operated facilities are located on level 6 although there are only 2 x washers and 2 x dryers they are commercial so took about 30 mins to wash and another 30 mins to dry. It was just so centrally located and made it accessible to explore Busan

Stayed at Arban hotel for 4 nights, was allocated the room on floor 11 and had a good and restful night sleep.

Things I like
- one king sized bed and one single bed. Good for my mum and myself.

- I love the LG steaming cabinet(ideal for those who are there for a longer period).

- near to many eateries/restaurants.

Things I didn’t like

- there is no door for the toilet, really strange. Was given the option of hanging up a shower curtain (however staff will expect you to retrieve it from the front desk and expect you to hang up on your own). I guess this is what to expect from a 3 star hotel.

- front desk staff are not very helpful and lukewarm attitude. (I ask them about luggage delivery and staff just handed a sign and ask my to check it out myself). Couldn’t ask too many questions as he didn’t seem happy to help.

- only small bar soap is provided, no toothbrush/toothpaste. There was even a used shower cap hanging in our toilet when we checked in.

-didn’t like the recycled room slippers provided. (Didn’t feel hygienic).

- there was a music festival happening outside the hotel on the day I was checking out and taxi couldn’t stop outside the hotel.

- no proper hotel lobby

We enjoyed our stay at the Arban Hotel. It is located near Seomyeon Market and public transportation to other major attractions are convenient. The hotel has all the necessary amenities.
