Hotel Foret Premier Nampo in Busan

Sangat recommended hotel ni, fot those yg nak oergi busan, nak stay dgn tempat yg dkt dengan semua benda. Sy sgt recommend hotel ni. Belakang hotel ni ada market, biff don hotel ada jigalchi market. Ada adya cafe, dkt dkt stastion bus dan train. Byk kemudahan dkt sini.

This hotel's location is truly a highlight. It is perfectly situated for travelers, positioned right between Nampo Station and Jagalchi Station, with easy escalator access via Exit 7. 

The convenience extends to transportation, as bus stops are located directly in front of the entrance. Furthermore, the area is a culinary delight, offering an abundance of excellent food choices both directly adjacent to and behind the hotel.

The accommodations are clean and comfortably spacious. Guests will find a handy water dispenser available at the mini-pantry/restaurant area on the receptionist lobby level (level 4).

My stay was made exceptional by Jiyu, a receptionist trainee. She truly exemplifies the spirit of hospitality. She patiently did her best to converse with me in English while providing directions. What truly impressed me was her dedication: she proactively sought me out again to give even more detailed, crucial tips to make absolutely sure I reached the correct bus stop.

Apart from the location and friendly + helpful front desk staff, there is really nothing great about the hotel. It's located within walking distance to Jagalchi Market + train station and Christmas Tree Festival venue. The room looks very run down, with peeling furniture, torn floor mat, reusable bed room slippers which look old, but room is very spacious and price is reasonable for such quality.

The 1st room which I was checked in to was not cleaned properly. There was tissue on the floor and urine stain on the toilet cover. The room had a very strong damp smell as well. I was not confident that the bed sheet would be new so requested to change room. When I opened the door of the 2nd room, the room was not cleaned yet with messy bed sheet. I complained at the front desk again and given the 3rd room.

Staffs are helpful, allowing late check out, helped to check operating hour of Jagalchi Market.

Overall, it's a great place and its location is nearby all the places (eg. Jagalchi Market and seafood restaurants) we wanted to visit in Busan. The only grouse is that the mattress was stiff.

Location is 100/10. Center near to bus station and metro, plus many food restaurant. Will come back to stay at the same place.

Overall the hotel is average. However cleaness is pretty bad as we have allergies after touching the cushions and the carpet on the floor. Not recommended

We have a good stay. Hotel located near to Metro, easy to get around. Very clean room with air purifier.

Overall, the room was okay, except that the air conditioner kept shutting off every few hours. I had to wake up multiple times in the middle of the night just to switch it back on. The bedsheet felt a bit unclean and sticky, as if it hadn’t been changed since the previous guest.
