Hotel Aqua Palace in Busan

I am absolutely never returning to this hotel. Upon entering, I initially thought the room seemed clean. However, I had specifically requested a clean room as I was traveling with a child.

To my dismay, there was mold everywhere. The air conditioner unit was also missing its cover, revealing even more mold inside. I didn't complain about the mold immediately, but since it was hot, I felt compelled to turn the AC on. It emitted a musty smell, but given the heat, I had no other choice.

I then noticed dust particles floating around, and dust was actively blowing out of the air conditioner, so I informed the staff. They explained that the cover had been removed because previous guests complained of a squeaking noise. My thought was, 'Shouldn't they fix the issue instead of just removing a vital part?'

Anyway, they offered to wipe it down, and a staff member came to do so. Unfortunately, all the dust ended up falling onto the bed. They then said they would vacuum *that* up. It was already late at night, and after all the waiting and cleaning, I couldn't even rest properly. I finally took a shower and turned on the air conditioner, only for a shower of dust to come pouring down again.

I had no choice but to wipe it off with a towel and keep the air conditioner off for the remainder of my stay. The bedding was also in terrible condition. This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

I was in the middle of a shower when the power suddenly cut out. Absolutely ridiculous!
