Busan, 23-4 Jaseonggongwon-ro 3beon-gil, Dong-gu (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Facilities: General small hotel
Hygiene: Hygiene is pretty good
Environment: The window can see the river
Service: Very good service
The overall feeling is pretty good. I couldn't find a hotel to stay for one night. The disinfectant smell of the supplies was very strong. The prices are not low on red days.
Yes, I visited this place with an acquaintance and it was clean and nice. The location was easy to find.
It's cheap and has a bathtub, so it's good for solo travel. However, it's a bit old and the air conditioner leaks.
It's from Munhyeon-dong to Beomil-dong. It's hidden in an alley. There's a police station right in front of it. ^^
I go there often, but I think the facilities are old and will be repaired someday. In general, the heating is hot, so I recommend opening and closing the window for a while after entering the room.

This is a great place to stay with your parents. It's also great that Gamcheon Culture Village and Bupyeong Market are nearby.
The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The room is actually very spacious, just that few suggestions can be given to them..
1. They don’t have a cupboard in the room, which makes it hard to hang clothes (only few hooks on the wall)
2. Maybe can have a mirror at a place with better lighting, to make it easier to do makeup
Other than that, it’s a great place to stay.
Super convenient location...
The front desk staff's service was particularly good! I'll be back soon!
And I'll be back soon.
The room is very good, bigger than the one in Seoul, there are many restaurants nearby, it has a lively atmosphere but not noisy.
The aunt at the front desk of the hotel is very proficient in using the translation software. I really want to ask what app it is but I forgot. When we left, she took the initiative to ask us where we were going and whether we needed a taxi, and then she quickly went out...
It was helpful to have them leave our suitcases there. All the staff were smiling and helpful. The location was good, we could go to the International Market right away, and there was a convenience store right in front. The bus stop was about a 2-minute walk away. We could go back to Busan Station.
The train was about a 3-minute walk from Jagalchi Station Exit 3.
There was a bathtub so we could relax...
Location is good. Alot of eateries just below the hotel. Very near to BIFF square and various markets. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Even gave us a free upgrade! But not sure why only gave us 1 bath towel and bathrobe for a 2 person room. Overall it was a pleasant stay here! :)

I booked this room for someone else, but they told me there were no toothbrushes provided. Had to buy them separately :)))
A good travel experience! Lady boss waited at the front desk at late night and provided a very professional response which made me impressed a lot! Hotel located at the downtown area where is very convenient! Also the hotel decorations is very beautiful and modern inside. ^ ^
The location and price are absolutely fantastic, truly unbeatable. However, it's a bit too old-fashioned to be considered a proper hotel. I'd say it's somewhere between a good motel and a decent hotel.
Good location. Filthy carpet. No service. No supplement.
It's an old hotel, and the carpeted floors were extremely dusty, plus there were some yellowish stains on the bedding. Overall, the cleanliness was poor, and the bidet was out of order. We also experienced frequent power outages. I'm not sure if it was a design concept, but there was a severe lack of counter space in the shower and around the sink, making it quite challenging to organize our toiletries...
The hotel bed was incredibly comfortable, and the night view was absolutely stunning. The only minor inconvenience was having to purchase toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste, and toothbrushes. Aside from that, everything was excellent, and we had a very relaxing stay.

Clean hotel, really like it. Love the location and the service by the employees…
The reason why I chose this hotel coz of the view but unfortunately I was not given the beach view. I had a very huge window but no view but a wall on the lower floor. I complained but they say they are overbooked. The front desk Korean guy is friendly and accommodating and tried his best to speak English. easy access the beaches, service was good, bed was huge, for the price the room feels cosy.
Wonderful stay. When I return to Busan, I'll definitely stay there again.
The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the view, but everything else was good. It was clean, the service was good, and the staff were friendly. If you get a room quickly, it's a really good place.

The location is fantastic, nestled in an alley close to the main street, offering a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle. The room is incredibly spacious, with plenty of open floor space to organize luggage. The bathroom is also excellent, featuring a bathtub and a large vanity.
The room was incredibly spacious and even had a desktop computer available. The bathroom was huge with a comfortable bathtub. Plus, there's a balcony where you can relax outdoors. Overall, it was a great stay.
What you see is what you get. The location is convenient with several convenience stores nearby. The service is excellent, and they provide disposable toiletries. I left something behind and contacted the hotel; they responded quickly and kept it safe for me, which was great.
The hotel is very clean and spacious enough for one person, which is great. There are also many restaurants nearby and a subway station close by, so the accessibility is excellent!!!
The hotel is quite close to the MRT, and you can walk to Ximending shopping district or the underground mall. There's a ramen shop downstairs that's cheap and delicious, highly recommend! The room has charging cables by the bed, but they're a bit short; it would be better if there were outlets instead. All amenities are provided.
This feels more like an old-fashioned, family-run hotel, but overall it's clean and the location is super convenient. It's close to the Seomyeon area, where you can find everything. I practically walked from the hotel to dinner every night, and then did some shopping afterwards. Highly recommend!

The location of the hotel is very convenient. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel and it’s very close to Busan station, about 6000 won with taxi. The staff are helpful. The downside is the carpet is quite dirty. The hotel should change the floor soon.
Old-fashioned hotel style.
The front desk attendant was a friendly gentleman.

A very pleasant weekend trip. The hotel service was excellent, the environment was beautiful, and they paid great attention to hygiene. If I have a chance to visit Busan again, I'll definitely stay here. Thank you very much~
Very good location and easy access to transportation. Quite spacious and very decent. Worthy of its prices .
The location is great! There's a bus stop right outside the door, and the subway station is less than 600 meters away, making it super convenient for getting around. Plus, there are plenty of dining options, convenience stores, and supermarkets nearby.

The location is great, close to the train station and convenience stores. The staff provided good service. However, I couldn't turn off some of the lights. I'm not sure if they were broken. The room itself was spacious, and the bathroom was large, just as depicted in the...
we have to make a last min booking since the hotel we booked was kinda creepy and unsafe, this hotel is more closer to metro, surrounding is more alive, the room is clean and spacey, got elevator, and hightlight of the room is the massage chair. very satisfied and would recommend this hotel to others too!
I chose this hotel because I thought it was cheap, and then I realized it was cheap because the location was too remote. The guy at the front desk downstairs was very nice. The room was also very large, and the facilities were quite complete, including a bathtub.
The only downside is that the location is a bit out of the way, but considering the price, it's not a big deal.
The service is quite good, the location was good for my needs (close to the metro+Samnak eco park, but your mileage may vary); the room was quite spacious and well thought out, the jacuzzi was cool but broken though
Apart from it being far from most of our activities, it's close to the subway. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were really great and helpful.

Bath Towels are too small. It was a hand towel size used as bath towel. Hand wash was diluted so it don't feel. Like you have washed your hands. Location is super near Busan Station and many busses available to go places of interest. Bring you own towel. Service desk dependant on the staff manning, one of them is not helpful and always pull long face and not approachable. We avoided him totally
Take note to have your own towel as only small towels are provided. Location is great with many amenities and even KTX station within walking distance.
I’d like to review this place fairly.
Pros: near Busan station, plenty of resto and convenience store nearby, friendly staff who speaks English also, large room and bathroom, great nightviews of the harbor.
Cons: the robe was smelly, no stir stick just cups when making coffee and no slippers inside the room. There’s some ant on the bed.
The hotel location is very strategic and convenient, near to KTX, metro station and bus station.
Nice, spacious room with plenty of amenities.
Downside: the room towels are very small (more like face towels).
At check-in, the receptionist was a bit rude and not very friendly.
Apart from that, I loved the stay.

Located in the second alleyway from Gwangalli Beach. No ocean view.
The bathroom has a bathtub the size of a double bed, but we didn't use it.
The bathroom door doesn't lock, and it's made of glass with a gaping gap, making it very inconvenient.
I was surprised when I removed the duvet cover to hang it on the bathroom glass door.
I was looking for a cheap two-bedroom apartment and ended up here.
The room was spacious and the bathroom was also large, but the shower pressure was weak and it was a bit difficult to adjust the temperature. However, when the room was cleaned every day, the amenities, bedding, and robes were all replaced with new ones, which was nice.
It's a great value for a two-day, one-night stay in Busan's Gwangalli Beach. I booked it just to sleep, so it wasn't bad. Towels and amenities are provided.
The room is large and close to the beach. There is a supermarket nearby which is very convenient.
As soon as you walk out, there is a vast expanse of sea, which is really beautiful. Although it took a little time to check in because they didn't seem to speak English very well, we still checked in smoothly.
Staff was courteous and helpful. They communicate in English and we had an easier time with our stay. The hotel seem to be in the process of renovation but it looks good already.

Great location, perfect for dining and shopping. The room was spacious and the bathroom facilities were convenient. Most importantly, it was quiet and I slept very comfortably! I'd love to stay here again when I visit Busan.
The room was amazing! The automatic toilet fantastic! But the cleaning services wasn’t very good, we had to ask every day reception for our room to be cleaned and they wouldn’t change towels or fill the soap up for example.
They didn't not clean the room ever day even though we asked.
The breakfast was ok but don't expect too much.
The windows were dirty
The hotel is within walking distance from Seomyeon Station, even with luggage. I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights in a spacious, accessible room. Location is really excellent with lots of food options and shopping streets. Even near to Lotte and has the Samyeong underground shopping leading to the train station.
However manage your own expectations in respect to the room itself, it is totally unlike what is in the posting pictures. The shower area is spartan at best, and the reception is not too helpful. Basic amenities like towels and toilet...
The bathroom was massive! The room was equipped with a full suite of LG appliances, including the TV, air conditioner, and lights (so you control the AC with the TV remote), plus an electronic wardrobe, which was all very convenient to use. I'm quite particular about dust on the floor, hair, cleanliness of bed sheets, and bathroom tile cleanliness, and I found it to be generally good. However, there was some dust and other marks around the trash can and on the remote control, so it would be great if those could be given more attention. Items that are frequently touched by hand naturally need to be cleaned more often.
I frequent this place for its great view, but this time, the lights wouldn't turn off (maybe a bulb issue?) and there was a slight odor from the bathroom. It's usually not like this.
The room was very clean and spacious, and the location in Seomyeon was super convenient. There's a CU convenience store right across from the hotel and tons of restaurants nearby. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Busan independently. Thumbs up! 👍

This hotel boasts an excellent location, with a subway station and a lively area just across the street, which is incredibly convenient for independent travelers. I have been using this hotel since before the coronavirus outbreak. It is very clean. There is a coffee machine at the entrance where you can drink as much as you like, and ice is also provided, so it is great for iced coffee in the summer. They do not accept refrigerated items, but they do give you frozen items.
Loved the place, ultra modern facilities in a neat and very clean package.
Felt very safe as reception person very friendly and very attentive.
Great location , 4 bus stops from Busan Station
Clean rooms in a very convenient area between 2 stations. Easy to get to busan tower and has good food options close to the hotel. Only thing to note is that some items are a little outdated and looks like they may need to do a minor overall touch up in the rooms. The mattress and pillow type for this hotel is firm which I enjoy
The staff were very kind, the rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The location was great, close to Lotte Department Store and Jagalchi Market, and there were delicious restaurants and bars nearby. I'd definitely like to stay here again if I visit again.
Would recommend.
Great place to stay. Pretty close to everything, even though the “fun” part of Busan is mostly in Haeundae. That being said, you can walk from the hotel to BIFF and the night market which is great.

It's convenient and has good access to the downtown area.
The room was small, but the interior was well-maintained, and the toilet and bathroom were clean. There were no particular issues with the service either.
I stayed for multiple nights, but the price was relatively reasonable, which was helpful. I also stayed in the middle of winter, and the floor heating was great.
It's nice because it's close to the Kkangtong Market. It's the best to visit the Kkangtong Market after finishing your trip.
The bedding is old, the air conditioner is noisy, the room is very narrow, the room is not cleaned every day, the breakfast is instant noodles and toast, and it is close to the international market. Other than that, it is not very good~
Good hotel, bed are superb nice to sleep in super comfy, location is like 15 mins away from station, a bit hard to find in a back street center. Overall 5 stars for this, individual bed of 4 family capsule, own charging port, drawdown bed curtain, nicely do up.
It was clean, the staff were friendly, and the heated floors were installed in advance, so it was a pleasant check-in. Great location, and we had a decent-sized room on the second floor. Check-in was quick – and that's pretty much where the good stuff ends. The room wasn't super clean; we actually found an old sock under the sofa. The plumbing is old, and there are traces of mold. The bedding didn't suit me, but it did have a strong detergent smell. It seemed like they put a lot of effort into maintaining the place, and I had no issues during my two-day stay.
The cost-effectiveness was great for a family stay and the location was good. However, the weather was cold, so the boiler was weak and there was a draft. First off, the price-to-performance ratio is top-notch. It's spacious, well-maintained, and comfortable. For this price, it's perfect for cleanliness. The facilities are also nice and fresh. First off, the room is incredibly warm—almost to the point where you might think it's hot. The bathroom is open and next to the bedroom, which is a bit of a problem, but it actually helps keep it from getting too...
I booked it because of the reasonable price and the interior design, and it was exactly as I saw in the photos. My only regret was that the comforter wasn't in good condition. I mentioned this to the front desk the next day, and they were even more attentive and cleaned it thoroughly. The location was also great, near Yongdusan Park and Gukje Market. I'd love to stay here again next time I'm in Busan
The room was spacious and even had a bathtub. The 12 PM checkout was great, allowing us to relax and take our time. We were also able to walk to a street with many shops in just a short while.
The hotel room was beautiful. What I was disappointed in is that it mentions on the site and the booking that there is a spa/pool area but there is not. The location is OK right next to the tower about a five minute walk from the metro and convenience stores a nice cafés around that area.
