Great location, perfect for dining and shopping. The room was spacious and the bathroom facilities were convenient. Most importantly, it was quiet and I slept very comfortably! I'd love to stay here again when I visit Busan.

The room was amazing! The automatic toilet fantastic! But the cleaning services wasn’t very good, we had to ask every day reception for our room to be cleaned and they wouldn’t change towels or fill the soap up for example.

The hotel is within walking distance from Seomyeon Station, even with luggage. I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights in a spacious, accessible room. Although there were only two elevators, I didn't experience any inconvenience. The room was well-cleaned, and the water pressure for the shower was excellent, making for a comfortable stay. I assume it's a business hotel that keeps prices down by offering minimal services, so there were no particular issues. The service was neither good nor bad, so I gave it 3 stars. The only minor downside, though understandable, was not being able to flush toilet paper.

Location is really excellent with lots of food options and shopping streets. Even near to Lotte and has the Samyeong underground shopping leading to the train station.

However manage your own expectations in respect to the room itself, it is totally unlike what is in the posting pictures. The shower area is spartan at best, and the reception is not too helpful. Basic amenities like towels and toilet paper you'll have to collect it yourself from the lobby about the size of a large bathroom.

Also the breakfast. Be prepared to be amazed at the lack of options. Just eat outside

The bathroom was massive! The room was equipped with a full suite of LG appliances, including the TV, air conditioner, and lights (so you control the AC with the TV remote), plus an electronic wardrobe, which was all very convenient to use. Breakfast was quite simple, mostly pre-made items, but it was all very well-kept, and there was even an instant noodle machine available.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and always available to help with anything. The room was clean, but the soundproofing wasn't great. There was an issue with the airtight windows, making the room a bit cold, but the front desk immediately taped them up as a temporary fix.
It's about a 10-minute walk to the subway station, which might feel a bit far if you have luggage. The surrounding commercial area is lively, especially at night with lots of people, and there are plenty of convenient dining options.

Very comfortable stay in Yuna hotel.
Convenient location.
Room was clean and well equipped.
The only issue was sometimes difficult to reach the receptionist as he was not always in reception.

In general I really recommend stay in this hotel.

When I checked in, I realized I had accidentally booked for the wrong date. However, the female manager was incredibly kind and immediately changed my reservation to the correct day. I was so flustered thinking I'd have to find a new hotel, so her help was a real lifesaver. Thank you so much! The room was spacious enough, and the bathroom facilities were clean, allowing me to relax comfortably. I'd love to stay here again next time I visit Busan.

Excellent location nearby Seomyeon shopping area. It's very close to the restaurant street too. Hotel service is good as well. Very friendly reception and helpful
