Hotel staff are not very helpful or friendly, they just want to brush you off so they can continue chatting or comb their hair. Location of the hotel is not too bad with Haeundae beach and park just round the corner.

The hotel is near to the Haeundae Beach about 5 mins walk. There's many restaurants and shops nearby. 10mins walk to Blueline park. Location is good. Reception and lobby is small. Not much amenities too. Overall we had a great stay.

The large room was great value for money and conveniently located near Jung-dong subway station, making travel easy. It's also close to the beach. There's a fugu (pufferfish) restaurant nearby that's both delicious and affordable. Haeundae Food Street is also close by, and their squid is excellent.

The environment is nice, and the location is quite easy to find, close to convenience stores and shopping malls. I checked in after midnight after the fireworks display, and there was still someone at the front desk, which made for a good experience.

I hadn't realized food wasn't allowed at the front desk, but after a quick chat, they let me eat the instant rice I'd brought, which shows great understanding and flexibility in their management.
