We visited in late October, just before the hotel closed for the season. The rates were significantly reduced, allowing us to experience a spectacular hotel for a more affordable budget. The view from our room was incredible. The staff went above and beyond to help with any queries we had and the breakfast was delicious. We will definitely aim to visit again.

Jumeirah became a quiet and relaxing respite after a two-week group tour in Northern Spain. Amazing view from roof terrace. Receptionist could have been friendlier and suggest "bar,restaurants...". She seems "forced" to work there. Did not give a single information about the Bar, Restaurant, massage service, roof terrace... basically nothing, not even breakfast and dinner time (halfboard). Just checked in, room key and goodbye. Hotel location is excellent. Hotel bat s so dead, no one there...

Nice spot close to the beach. Rooms were nice but little things made it feel less polished. Things like soap dispensers that had fallen off the walls or big marks on the wall; easy fixes that help a space feel nicer. The restaurant had good variety but all the food was usually cool/cold; some good food warmers would go a long way. We parked down the toad in the parking garage and that worked well.

We have been staying at this hotel for years always a good choice, we always book a superior sea view room half board. Breakfast was good as always, dining may not have been quite has good as we have been used to, some of the freshly grilled food was undercooked and choices didn't seem as good. Perhaps we have used the same hotel too much, we will probably try some where different next time.

Perfect location. Rooms are spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Roof bar is fab for watching the sunset with a cocktail. Roof bar staff are lovely. Pool couches are great looking onto the beach - great for people watching.

I stayed at this hotel in July for 5 nights and overall, it’s a very beautiful place. Breakfast was lovely & relaxing . The rooms were a decent size & were kept clean. Hotel es Port is beautifully decorated with so many interesting nooks and crannies. The indoor pool was fantastic as the outdoor pool in October was a tad chilly despite the beautiful sunshine. Breakfast was lovely and fresh and the hotel is an easy 2 minute stroll to the beachfront with fabulous restaurants and shops.

Had an incredible experience at the Espléndido Hotel Spa in Port de Sóller. The therapist from the Philippines was absolutely amazing — professional, attentive, and so skilled! The other therapist was also very kind and welcoming. The whole team truly made it a relaxing experience. Excellent staff who provided excellent guest service. Front desk, restaurant and housekeeping staff were all amazing. Hotel is very well maintained and clean. We traveled as a couple on our self supported cycling trip to Mallorca. We arrived around 10:30 am and they allowed us to check in early. The hotel was brilliant location only minutes from the port. The bar and pool area were great, however the rooms were unfortunately very noisy and we could hear everyone’s conversations in the rooms next door to us so got little sleep.

What a lovely hotel! We had a huge room by the swimming pool! This is a very clean place and the staff are amazing! Please note: if you have disability issues it can be quite hard to get in the swimming pool as the steps are very low down! Oh and the breakfasts were varied and yummy! Beautiful hotel in a fabulous spot. Came for a couple of nights for a girls trip. Gorgeous attention to detail in the hotel and the rooms and beautiful views. Beautiful property and grounds in the middle of a farm. Amazingly large room, huge shower with a glass wall with a view of the farm and hillside, humongous private balcony with seating and beach loungers. Away from the hustle and bustle but still walkable or a very short drive to Port Soller.

The Hotel Los Geranios in Port de Soller was a lovely place to stay. We had an oceanfront room (highly recommended) with a fabulous view of the bay. Excellent hotel in lovely location. Friendly staff, attractive entrance, and spotlessly clean room on arrival. Breakfast had a good choice of fruit, cheeses, meats, breads etc. Half board worked well for us as being so early in the season not much was open for an evening meal. Would definitely recommend.

Pure Salt Port de Soller was one of my he nicest hotels I have stayed in. The staff are very friendly and create an excellent impression of the hotel. The only downside were the rooms were small and we struggled to find room to put our cases. The air conditioning was not working at night so we got hot. The rooms were immaculately clean. Everything was good ~breakfast & service was perfect. Enough room for the family of 4. My adult son’s could have their own space. What we did not like: for what we pay/night, they should not charge for parking. We had to find another way to park less expensive. Secondly, the pictures of Gran Soller show the pool, and around in a larger space.

Pros: Central location, friendly staff Cons: Poor noise insulation; inconvenient for drivers, their parking lot is $12/day; tiny room with an odd smell; lack of basic amenities (no body lotion or tissues); disappointing breakfast quality and limited variety

Stayed here for 5 nights, it was central to everything in the city and the staff was very kind. The bathroom door was a little tough to open/ close but not a big deal. Bedroom was bigger than expected and our room (206) has a couch which was really nice. Would definitely return in the future.

This was the most beautiful room I have ever stayed in in my life. It’s on a hilltop overlooking olive orchards and you can see that the port below. It’s in a 500 year old olive oil facility. The road up with switchbacks is fun in a small car.

We had an amazing stay at this tranquil estate. The staff was friendly and accommodating; we didn’t want to leave! The narrow mountain road to the hotel took a bit of effort (recommend a small car with good turning radius) but it’s well worth the journey. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely the best place to stay in Puerto de Soller 😍 We booked a sea view room and it was perfect. The hotel is one of the first built in the town and it's been nicely renovated over the years. Although I was given an ‘upgrade’ room as it had balcony, actual room was in an annex at the back of the hotel overlooking parking lot with deliveries being made and garbages hauled out. Next time I will insist on room in hotel proper.

We arrived in Soller hours late, thoroughly down after getting lost and suffering a mishap with our rental car. Angel, the hotel manager, retrieved us, got our car parked in the garage, and relocated us into a wonderful cozy room looking out on the courtyard. Soller Plaza Boutique Hotel was the perfect choice for us during our stay in Soller. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind before and during our stay. This hotel was PERFECT! Had a very large, clean room. The staff was extremely helpful, the pool was lovely and never too crowded. It was in a perfect spot just off the Main Street with a great restaurant attached and next door. It’s right by all the action but still very quiet, it also had incredible views. Couldn’t have asked for better, truly got my money’s worth here.

Pay 6€ for the entire day parking in the Sóller region (local open parking lots - overnight etc), there is NO own parking lot owned by the hotel etc. The keyless system was completely smooth and accessible (in our case at night), simple breakfast system where you write down at the reception which time you'd prefer; ~8, 9 or 10 o'clock. ...

Even though it's rated five-star, it might only be considered so in this rural area. The facilities are really just three-star standard. The breakfast is the most basic I've ever seen, with very few options. I'd suggest choosing another 4-star hotel if you need a place to stay, as this one isn't worth the thousand-plus price tag.
