The location is superb and offers great value for the area. Most importantly, the staff are friendly and incredibly helpful when we requested a room change. Our second room was lovely, which shows the hotel definitely has 4-star potential.

Unfortunately, our first night was spent in the infamous Room 101 (basement level), which ruined the overall experience. The air conditioning was broken, extremely noisy, and could not be switched off. Furthermore, the "double bed" was actually two twins pushed together that kept sliding apart, causing me to fall into the gap throughout the night.

We initially wanted to give this hotel a 4/5 because the service and the second room were so good. However, after checking Google reviews post-stay, we realized that the exact issues with Room 101 (the AC, bed & cleanliness) have been reported by guests for months.
It is disappointing that the management continues to rent out this specific room despite knowing its condition. While the staff are doing their best, they needs to either renovate Room 101 or stop booking it until it is fixed. We are leaving a 2-star review to raise awareness for users; if you stay here, the hotel is great—just make sure you aren't placed in the basement!

Because of no parking Space close to hôtel no possible to stop. Inside hôtel i don’t know we sent to the beach to sleep in the car! With two small kid wasn’t fantastic!

Short, but beautiful stay at Lluna Aqua Soller. Loved how they had blended the art deco design with something now. Charming and nice, and just in the middle ove the town.

Nice location, full of life and interesting shops nearby, fantastic breakfast and friendly people.
Does not have a USB port. Lobby chatting noise can be as early as 6:30am, not sure about the source but for two mornings while we stayed.

The building and the rooms are super nice and the location is good as well.
Wasn't a fan of the breakfast though as they choose what you will have and it had a lot of meet and I am a vegetarian. The lady there was nice and brought me extra bread and butter to compensate a bit.

Would've been 4 Stars if it wasnt for the incredible price.

Pay 6€ for the entire day parking in the Sóller region (local open parking lots - overnight etc), there is NO own parking lot owned by the hotel etc.

The keyless system was completely smooth and accessible (in our case at night), simple breakfast system where you write down at the reception which time you'd prefer; ~8, 9 or 10 o'clock.

The room modern, high and already cooled by the efficient AC. The room was exceptionally well cleaned, only missing was the shampoo and gel in the shower.

ONLY NEGATIVE THING TO POINT OUT for future quests that read this review, is the toilet - simply its position and not beeing properly isolated from the bedroom could result in unsexy moments. Me and my partner laughed and shrugged it off, as we live together and do not really mind. But to new couples etc this could be a hazard.

The checkout was completely seamless and quick. left the keys and said good bye on the counter in the morning/noon

enjoyed our stay and would/will gladly come again.
