Hotel la Vila in Soller

This is one worst places I have stayed, no better than 2* hotel at 4* prices, with 1970s decor. No bar or place to sit, desk in another building, hot water that goes off, terrible access up a million dangerous unlit steps, no tea or coffee facilities, noisy early in the morning, paper thin walls, no phone, no contact with reception in the other building, TV that doesn’t work, no access to drinking water or any provided, drains that stink, unsafe electrics, no parking - just municipal parking miles away. This is not accurately described on ********** - which is probably the biggest problem - and many many fake reviews. 3 nights was 3 nights too many. This was a terrible stay - the worst. I feel embarrassed I’ve made my wife stay here. I was on to ********** in the middle of the first night but they couldn’t / wouldn’t do anything and no one at the hotel was available.

Great location, beautiful views but needs updating urgently more like 2 star accommodation
