Great experience for one night. Had fun in Halloween 🎃. Wish there were more activities to entertain the guests. The view from the balcony is awesome. Kitchen is well equipped. However the check-in process takes a long time and make sure to bring cash and hard copy of your passport or residence card. Showing from mobile is discouraged.

Amazing reception service, a Russian speaking lady was exceptionally accommodating and nothing was too much to ask. Overall amazing customer service and great facilities

Hotel rooms clean with a good kitchen and working air con. Arrived as restaurant closing but we were welcomed and made to feel comfortable with fresh food cooked for us (buffet service). Cannot fault the service. Very friendly . Everything we needed . Our stay was in the winter so pool closed but looked like it would be good in the summer months.

Perfect for the price we paid....my kids loved it....rooms clean and tidy. Swimming pool ok ...need to work on their entertainment but ideal for families on a budget. Drinks and food ok priced. On site shop . Beach 5 mins walk

Things to do... A very pleasant stay, close to the beach and the city center, a great place for families, I recommend it.

The perfect escape Room was great clean and spacious with fridge Bottle of complimentary Cava was a lovely touch. Breakfast was perfect - great choice and could dine indoors or outdoors Staff though we great - so friendly and super english. The spa was nice too only the shower and changing rooms there were lacking in space and ventilation

The hotel is in a great location, our room overlooked the beach promenade. The staff were very friendly, the room was very comfortable with great facilities, such as a jacuzzi bath and a walk in wardrobe. The breakfast was very good with great choice.

We came back after 2 years and I can tell you they have made an incredible jump in they quality. The personal is even nicer, the food is many class above what they use to serve and from an 1h30 waiting time to eat, now it's almost no waiting time. Well done and keep up the good work!

Beautiful rooms that were very clean. Super location, quiet but in walking distance of many restaurants and 2 minutes from the beach. Beautiful pool as well. Can highly recommend

Great Boutique hotel, the room we had was for 3 people, the beds were very comfortable, lovely clean linen. Room was quite big, very clean. Our terrace was overlooking the pool. The hotel overall was very clean. The staff were amazing, very helpful, the food was excellent, the staff were very attentive, reception staff were lovely, helpful and courteous. I would definitely stay again at this hotel

Our experience at Hotel NM was exceptional. The staff's friendliness made us feel at home from the very first moment. The location is unbeatable, within walking distance of the beach and the center, allowing us to enjoy everything Playa de Aro has to offer without needing a car. It's also a perfect place for pet lovers; we traveled with our two dogs, and they were very welcome. The facilities are spacious...

No complaints whatsoever, everything was excellent and the service was fantastic. It was paradise. The drivers (van, train, and tractor) were very friendly and helpful, readily providing all the information we needed. The restaurant staff were very kind and friendly, especially one who gave my twin daughters a colorful light-up bracelet. We will definitely be back next year.

What a disappointment!!! This was our second visit to this campsite, but the disappointment came when we wanted to extend our stay!!! The person at reception made a mistake with the amount for the booking extension, which is one thing, but refusing to admit their mistake is quite another!!! The amount I was charged was not the correct amount! This person was incredibly unprofessional and even spoke...

Lovely campsite with great pools, very clean. Yes there's hills but we are able to get from A to B, the shuttle can pick you up every 15 minutesif you don't fel like walking. small supermarkets on site. Staff very friendly. Don't listen to bad reviews

Expensive campsite that is beautifully situated on the beach, with opportunities for walks along the coastal route (Camino de Ronda). Expensive because the camping spots do not meet the description on the site (directly on the beach so you are nice and high up but certainly not directly on the beach because those are all houses), because the sanitary facilities are on a 50 meter climb lower, are very...

I stayed here at the beginning of September in one of the cabins booked through Kel Air Camping. It is an ideal camping setting while being comfortable. It is set in a forested area and has different cabin types. It offers dining on site, laundry and reception concierge desk. Please note there are hills but at stroll we did not find them too difficult. There is entertainment in restaraunt bar...

Can't quite believe the negativity of some of the reviews. Yes, the camp is hilly but it's not Everest. It might be difficult with very young children or people with reduced mobility, but not really for older children or adults. Get in shape. We stayed in a Vista Plus. Lovely, biggest cabin we've ever stayed in. Great air con. Huge balcony. TV with netflix/YouTube. Dishwasher not the best but good...

Lovely campsite with great pool, bar and restaurant. Food very good and very reasonably priced. Very clean and well kept. Team on site very helpful and hospitable. Ideal base to explore the local area with or without car. Taxi for 5 from Girona airport booked through Euro camp return £165. Will definitely return soon.

Our second year holidaying in Camping Castell D'aro and it did not disappoint. A lovely rural campsite with mix of tents, campers and mobiles. A warm welcome from staff upon arrival but special mention to Luca who continued to be friendly and professional over the course of the holiday. We had an issue with mobile which was sorted immediately by Luca. Would highly recommend this site.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The camping is beautiful, calm, and in a great location. Everything was clean and well maintained. Luca was very kind and helpful, always there when needed and always with a smile. The beach in S’Agaró is just 5 minutes away, and Platja d’Aro beach is also very close. Big supermarkets like Mercadona are nearby, which makes everything easier. Also has a mini supermarket next to the swimming...

Lovely campsite, we have been coming to this campsite for 25 years. The owners of the campsite are always friendly and helpful. What we especially like is that there are also many spanish families on the campsite. We love it. ♥️
