No complaints whatsoever, everything was excellent and the service was fantastic. It was paradise. The drivers (van, train, and tractor) were very friendly and helpful, readily providing all the information we needed. The restaurant staff were very kind and friendly, especially one who gave my twin daughters a colorful light-up bracelet. We will definitely be back next year.

What a disappointment!!! This was our second visit to this campsite, but the disappointment came when we wanted to extend our stay!!! The person at reception made a mistake with the amount for the booking extension, which is one thing, but refusing to admit their mistake is quite another!!! The amount I was charged was not the correct amount! This person was incredibly unprofessional and even spoke to their colleague in Spanish, thinking I wouldn't understand!!! What a mistake!! I had to threaten to cancel my stay and demand to see a manager before anything was done!! In the end, I was refunded the difference, but this person didn't bother to apologize and instead just stared at me!!! I find it really unfortunate to have such staff, given the campsite's services.

The site is lovely. The pools are good, the food is okay. The holiday overall was okay, we had fun, especially when we left the site. But during our stay we experienced so many issues. Power cuts, boiler issues, signal loss. We phoned up and asked about the power outage the first time it happened, to get answer saying that it'll only be an hour that's all due to work. But they should inform you beforehand. But then it happened again, and again, and again. We lost power so much that the sudden short circuit blew a few of our expensive electronics. The AC gone during the heat was awful. Food was average, not great, not poor. But not Spanish. Was hot dogs and cheeseburgers and pizzas. The fish dishes weren't anything to scream about. And the pricing is ridiculous. If you want good fish, go out of site. The pools are fun, clean and enjoyable. The beach was lovely. My family made the trip lovely, the site made it okay.

We are just back from spending 10 days in this campsite, we were supposed to stay 2 weeks but changed our flights to come home early. Couldn't bare another few days climbing these hills. We stayed in Roan All Camps cabins and they were at the top of the hills. With small kids it was a nightmare daily climbing up and down so most days we had to pack for the day and stay at the pool. Cabin didn't have a toaster, oven and only one tiolet which was hard work trying to cook each day. Pools were not very clean and the shuttle bus service is so bad, they always full and drive right past you so you could be waiting up to 40 mins for a lift with small kids. Restaurants all the same with same menu, we found the food really bad and service even worse. We waited 1 hour and 20 minutes at beach club for food. Supermarket on site very good so we cooked alot. Roonie who was looking after our cabins couldn't do enough for you and gave us lifts on his golf cart when bringing up luggage/shopping. Paid €57 for WiFi that didn't work. Kids entertainment very basic and only on weekends. Cabins so dark at night light over the door not seating area. Pools not very clean. We felt utterly worn out, sick and exhausted from the campsite and couldn't wait to leave and go home. Will never ever return. Cala nono

Lovely campsite with great pools, very clean. Yes there's hills but we are able to get from A to B, the shuttle can pick you up every 15 minutesif you don't fel like walking. small supermarkets on site. Staff very friendly. Don't listen to bad reviews

Honest Review of Camping Cala Gogo – June 2025 We’ve just spent a week at Camping Cala Gogo, and unfortunately, it hasn’t been the relaxing holiday we were hoping for. The location of the park is extremely hilly – it genuinely feels like climbing a mountain just to get to your accommodation. We’re staying with Eurocamp, and their plots are located right at the very top of the park, which makes simple daily routines feel like a physical challenge. On our first day, after a large food shop, we asked at reception if someone could help us get our shopping up the hill using one of their golf buggies – especially as we have a toddler, a 10-year-old, and the weather was over 30°C. Not one person was willing to help. We had to carry everything ourselves, and for someone with mobility issues (like myself), it was genuinely agonising. This site is not suitable for anyone with mobility struggles or young children if you’re placed high up on the hill. It’s physically demanding and frankly unpleasant having to do this climb multiple times a day. Getting back to the accommodation for lunch isn’t realistic – bring a cool bag and plan to stay at the pool or beach all day. The accommodation has been another letdown. We booked “premium” through Eurocamp, but it’s anything but. It’s dingy, small, and depressing – certainly not suitable for a family of six. There’s no oven, the sink smells, the front door doesn’t shut properly, and one of the beds had a massive round stain on it. The sitting area is tiny, and although the decked outdoor space is a decent size, it’s very dark, with barely any lighting at night, making it feel quite unsafe and uncomfortable. Maintenance across the park is lacking. The pools look decent at first glance, but the slides have broken stairs, and there’s a general sense that things aren’t being kept up well – a bit tired and dirty in places. That said, we did enjoy the beach and the beach bar. We didn’t experience any of the bad smells mentioned in previous reviews, and the food down there was actually quite nice. Overall, this park might work for fitter, more mobile guests or those in lower-level accommodation, but for us, it’s been a struggle. It’s not somewhere we’d return to, and we wouldn’t recommend it for families with young kids, anyone with mobility issues, or people expecting quality accommodation and good onsite support. The pictures are just a small idea of the hills the whole park is on a incline you won’t be able to avoid the hill, the park would definitely benefit from having some kind of busy service around the park that runs throughout the day and evening I feel that if they could offer this then maybe it would make the trip a lot more manageable, they do offer a shuttle to the beach but again we’ve waited nearly over 40mins for it some days and gave up waiting.

Work overrun. Excavators and tractors still have to put up a house about 30 meters from our accommodation, and the ground still has to be dug up. This should have been done before the opening, but due to mismanagement it still has to be done now. Noise from the engine roar of large excavators, workers shouting to get everything in order. A chainsaw that can be heard above the roar of the excavator. After 4 days I had had enough of this. I come here for my peace and quiet, which I don't get this way. I asked the construction workers to stop working. I want to hear nature, not heavy excavators. Then I might as well have stayed home. The manager didn't feel like coming over. I had to come to him. The manager Albert took me aside so that no one could hear us. There I was told that I am difficult, and that I should look forward and not back. Furthermore, the manager told the staff that they should not give me anything anymore, and that they should avoid any contact with me. I have always been polite and only requested that the work stop now, because I had purchased rest and relaxation when I made the booking.

Expensive campsite that is beautifully situated on the beach, with opportunities for walks along the coastal route (Camino de Ronda). Expensive because the camping spots do not meet the description on the site (directly on the beach so you are nice and high up but certainly not directly on the beach because those are all houses), because the sanitary facilities are on a 50 meter climb lower, are very outdated and have no light in the ladies' section (pee and shower in the dark) and no hot water in the washing-up area and clothes sinks (which of the 6 sinks have 1 plug that actually fits). That could be better for almost 50 euros per day in the pre-season! Friendly staff who run the reception extremely inefficiently. Did not use the swimming pool or other facilities on the high upper part of the campsite so no opinion about that.

I stayed here at the beginning of September in one of the cabins booked through Kel Air Camping. It is an ideal camping setting while being comfortable. It is set in a forested area and has different cabin types. It offers dining on site, laundry and reception concierge desk. Please note there are hills but at stroll we did not find them too difficult. There is entertainment in restaraunt bar at night and option of table tennis basketball and outdoor court as well as tennis. There is an itinerary each week and swimming pool also included.

Can't quite believe the negativity of some of the reviews. Yes, the camp is hilly but it's not Everest. It might be difficult with very young children or people with reduced mobility, but not really for older children or adults. Get in shape. We stayed in a Vista Plus. Lovely, biggest cabin we've ever stayed in. Great air con. Huge balcony. TV with netflix/YouTube. Dishwasher not the best but good to have one. Could have used more cutlery and glasses. Site very clean and well maintained. Site is great, joined with cala international so you have access to all the pools and restaurants. Pools busy at times but never crazy. There is a beach adjacent and access to any number of other beaches via a charming coast walk. Great snorkeling. Access to watersports. Some comments compared with other campsites in Europe. 1. Towels not included. Cheaper to buy when you're there (but not on site) than rent. 2. No games/amusements for kids at night. What little there is (in beach bar) is locked at night?? 3. Food in restaurants is excellent. 4. Service in main restaurant in cala Gogo restaurant nothing short of appalling. Disinterested staff with no-one clearly in charge. Had to approach staff to get a table. Long waits for food with no acknowledgement or apologies. Really negative experience the night we ate there. 5. Service in chill out bar/restaurant of an infinitely higher standard. Service in beach bar was just OK. 6. Happy camper food truck was amazing. 7. On site shops quite good and not ridiculously overpriced as can be the case in some campsites.
