The property is in an amazing location, staff is friendly. However, that’s pretty much it. The rooms are dusty, the throw pillows on the beds are stained, the white shower curtains are discolored pinkish. The rooms need to be revamped asap. Elderly people were the main guests, I saw no one my age except for front desk staff.

Fantastic location. The rooms with balconies were very spacious and spotless. Dinner was a little underwhelming, but breakfast was excellent and offered a good variety. The staff were okay.

Clean hotel but a bit run down, lots of damaged things in the bathroom, the balcony window isn't insulated, the entrance door isn't sturdy, it barely moves and you can see us, the rooms aren't insulated at all, you can hear everything! We stay one night in the Hapimag Mas Nou to enjoy a day and night with my 2 friends from high school. We book a massage and it was really great thanks to the amazing hands and kindness of Judit. We had fantastic food for lunch dinner and breakfast, nest to the pool and the amazing views of Girona's landscape. Perfect for relaxing and catch up with old friends.

Even the property is old and without A/C the staff was very good to help out in any situation. Food quality was very good, but quantities too big.

I stayed at Hapimag Mas Nou. Very nice resort. I enjoyed a lot. Location of resort is very well organized. You can reach in front of your apartment by car. This makes the transfer of luggages pretty easy. Staff is very friendly. Next to the resort there is a very nice golf club. Resort has a nice swimming pool.

We have visited Mas Nou twice and this place i very relaxing. As golf players, it is perfect to have Golf d'Aro close. We can also recommend Empordà Golf. A beautiful golf course, with big variation of each hole and only 35 minutes drive from Hapimag Mas Nou.

Perfect stay ... Our room blew us away. We had two balconies and saw an amazing sunrise each morning. The swimming pool was also very nice.

The reception desk is as usual, a disaster. with uncoordinated people with a calculator instead of head. Their unique worry is to invoice even if everything has been previously paid. Amazing location right on the beach. It's a bit far from a major city to be without a vehicle so recommend a car rental if staying in this area. Older building but nicely kept. The food was good but selection was limited. Staff were lovely and accommodating.

This is a 3 star hotel, so for the price it was ok. Unfortunately a few things need repairing. Elevator, window to the terrace wouldn’t lock etc. insulation in the room could be better, but hey, for the price you can’t ask too much. Small (very small room). It was clean though. Such an excellent stay! They were so helpful from before checking in up to our check out. They were welcoming, pleasant and helpful at every turn. We got all our questions answered and demands met with kind, attentive gestures. I recommend it full heartedly. This was our 5th yeat staying in Hotel S'Agoita and it was excellent as always. The hotel is on the Main Street and has a pool with plenty of beds to lie out on.
