Elke Spa hotel is lovely and the rooms are spacious. The room was cleaned each day with fresh towels etc. The breakfast was average. The pool area is very nice. We didn’t use the indoor spa.

On arrival we were not greeted, we waited 10 minutes before a grumpy looking man asked for my credit card. We came to stay at this hotel after a terrible experience at another 4* hotel in town and it was night and day in terms of customer service, room and amenities age. Lovely , clean room - very well equipped!! Extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff in all areas of the hotel. Inclusive breakfast buffet was exceptional! We spent three nights in a luxury double. Loved it. Room was very comfortable. Bed excellent. Staff were so helpful and attentive both at the reception, the restauramt, housekeeping, bar etc. Great location, just one lock back from the beach, but very quiet. Were not guest of the hotel, but have used the restaurant several times and ALWAYS been satisfied with the service and food quality to the extent we are surprised by some of the negative reviews. One night we visited when the hotel restaurant was booked for the equivalent of a 'debutante' party for a young Honduran lady's coming of age and the staff coped with us and the party admirably.

The 1st night the fire alarm went off at 3am for no apparent reason, the 2nd night there was a power cut. The hotel is looking very tired and a number alteration have Ben done on the cheap. The WiFi is very inconsistent, the food was very basic.All in all the is better for the money paid locally.

This is an extraordinary hotel restaurant, from an excellent breakfast to very relaxing rooms and direct access to the beach. Everything was perfect.

Great hotel - ideal location close to the beach and amenities, beautiful view of the beach and sea, very nice food with a range of options, clean and tidy hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Allows dogs and cats for an extra fee. Outdoor parking by the hotel under a car port. We have stayed in this hotel before and we will be coming back again.

Great location Great location, Sant Pol is prettier than the main part of Sant Feliu de Guixols and has more facilities than S'Agro beach.

Ilunion Hotel Costa Brava exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered stunning views of the coastline. The staff was welcoming and always ready to help with any request. City center is at 15/20 minutes walk and at the same distance you can find the beautiful beach of Saint Pol and the hiking route over the amazing rocky beaches. The hotel is in a convenient location set back from a main road and a short walk to the beach. A nice pool / bar area for relaxing. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable and breakfast adequate. We enjoyed our one night stay.

Loving this hotel. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast buffet and the views that take away your breath. Tip for those in Sant Feliu: Make sure to hop on the touristic train to check out the next beaches and the Sant elm monastery.

Spent a few days here in August. Friendly service, comfortable and practical - great location. Ate very well each evening on the terrace. Nice pool too!

I arrived and they told me to pay for the room, it was already paid even with extra deposit of 100€, we were arguing about that. The lift was not working and while repairing the lift there was no light. The hotel itself is nice (at least the part visible to the guests), there is a pool and beautiful view on the sea. No kettle in the room. The food is the bar is nice and cheap. So mixed impressions

After my stay, I did not feel very happy with the hotel. It's apparently a 4 star hotel although it doesn't give that sensation. The staff appeared diligent and hard working, but it was clear that they had precious few breaks. We were told that the check in time was 15h but in the hotel it said it was 13h, do we lost two hours. The swimming pool closed at 18h on the first day. We had to go to our room...

Good location and a short walk to the beach. Restaurant is busy, plenty of food but hot food is lukewarm at best. Long queues for the one coffee machine the mornings, over 12 people at times. Nice pool area. Bar is expensive

We went there for a couple of nights to relax and it was amazing. Getting a room with a beachside balcony view is worth it! The views from our balcony were great! Make sure to catch the sunrise! The breakfast is also great and the staff was always very helpful. Location is the best! 100% recommend staying here.

Great place! Our room was comfortable, but most of all the staff were super friendly and the location was perfect just a minute walk from the beach. I would definitely stay again. The rooftop was a nice place to have lunch. My only complaint is that the queen bed was actually 2 single beds, but we still slept comfortably. Definitely a good value.

Great setting, just across from the beach. We had a room with a balcony and sea view. The room was very comfortable and had a small fridge. A beach towel was available at a cost of 5 euros. Hotel very close to the beach, less than 5 minutes from the center. The facilities are a bit old but for a night or two they are more than affordable. The treatment was excellent, they cared about our comfort at all times and offered us a beach umbrella and hair dryer. Our room overlooked the interior terrace and there was nothing to be heard, all very quiet.

Great value considering it just a couple of blocks to the beach and the centre of town. The room was bright and clean with comfortable beds, a balcony with room for two and a pleasant view, and an efficient room heater. After walking all day we appreciated the elevator. We would’ve liked more water pressure and a bit more privacy on the balcony.

Our room wasn't ready by 3:30 pm. In the end, they gave us another room, not ours, and a higher category, but when we entered, the shower pipes smelled rotten. We had to add water and soap, and it was fine. But this morning, the bathroom smelled like sewage. After showering, it was fine. The rest was fine; the room was clean and spacious.

This was the highlight of 7 weeks in Spain. It really made our trip and we will be back, for 6 day, 3 too short
