We came back after 2 years and I can tell you they have made an incredible jump in they quality. The personal is even nicer, the food is many class above what they use to serve and from an 1h30 waiting time to eat, now it's almost no waiting time. Well done and keep up the good work!

Beautiful rooms that were very clean. Super location, quiet but in walking distance of many restaurants and 2 minutes from the beach. Beautiful pool as well. Can highly recommend

Great Boutique hotel, the room we had was for 3 people, the beds were very comfortable, lovely clean linen. Room was quite big, very clean. Our terrace was overlooking the pool. The hotel overall was very clean. The staff were amazing, very helpful, the food was excellent, the staff were very attentive, reception staff were lovely, helpful and courteous. I would definitely stay again at this hotel!

Our experience at Hotel NM was exceptional. The staff's friendliness made us feel at home from the very first moment. The location is unbeatable, within walking distance of the beach and the center, allowing us to enjoy everything Playa de Aro has to offer without needing a car. It's also a perfect place for pet lovers; we traveled with our two dogs, and they were very welcome.
The facilities are spacious and modern, and everything is spotless. Street parking was easy and convenient. The breakfast was very good, with delicious gluten-free options that made our stay even more enjoyable.
The only area that could be improved is the Wi-Fi, which was sometimes weak, but this didn't detract from our overall experience.
We will definitely return. Thank you to the entire Hotel NM team.

Nice and quiet stay at a large room with a balcony. Close by the center and the sea.

very close to beach (4 min walk), nice and quiet neighborhood with many 1-2 storey apartment houses and villas, still in 10 min. walking distance to main street restaurants, the hotel has a very nice restaurant with good food. It is popular by families with kids. The space for 4 adults is not too much, but this is expected and OK for a short 3-night stay.

During our stay last summer, I was ASSAULTED along with the rest of my family for a seat by the swimming pool (hit and bitten by dog). The hotel staff stood there without trying to help, and then refused to kick out those who attacked us, even though they had witnessed the whole thing. We had to move to another hotel so we wouldn't get assaulted a second time, with no monetary compensation, even weeks after writing to the corporation running it.
We keep a terrible memory of our trip there, because regardless of how great a hotel can be, it is imperative that one can trust the staff to help when their safety and well-being is at stake.
