Elke Spa hotel is lovely and the rooms are spacious. The room was cleaned each day with fresh towels etc. The breakfast was average. The pool area is very nice. We didn’t use the indoor spa.

Lovely kid friendly hotel with friendly reception. Had a mini break here and the receptionist went out of her way after the admin bit to show our daughter the soft play room which as well needed after a long drive. The rooms are large and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was really good and something for everyone. Rooftop was lovely and they had set times when kids were allowed in the spa which was very enjoyable. Block from the beach and from town made for a really good break.

On arrival we were not greeted, we waited 10 minutes before a grumpy looking man asked for my credit card. No warm welcome, how was your flight etc. then pointed to the lift and left to get on with it. The room was Beautiful , spacious and comfortable. We had upgraded to a city balcony view, but pointless as no chairs on said balcony. Breakfast was nice. Self service, usual fare. Staff in restaurants seemed friendly. Reception staff Rude and frosty . Maybe because we’re British and it’s Russian owned but who knows. Spa was a joke, nothing was working. Hotel is Perfectly situated for harbour, beach and restaurants. I’ve been coming to Sant feliu for nearly 50 years, from a child. And have stayed in most hotels and apartments over the years. This has to be the most beautiful but most unfriendly . Never again! I’ll stick with the budget hostel Del Sol up the road. Not as glamorous, but super friendly. They treat guests like family

I had such a wonderful stay at the Hotel Spa Elke this April. First of all I would like to highlight the personal of the hotel, always welcoming, happy to help and providing a great service. The hotel is located close to the beach like 200m away, in the city centre. The room was clean and everything was just perfect. What I liked about the hotel that there is a spa located on the rooftop with a pool on the terrace. There is a restaurant in the hotel which is great as well. Everything was always delicious and fresh, the food was served very fast.

We came to stay at this hotel after a terrible experience at another 4* hotel in town and it was night and day in terms of customer service, room and amenities age. It’s right across the street from the beach and walking distance to many restaurants in town. We enjoyed the kids club play room as well, the rooftop pool with great views, the on site restaurant for lunch and daily breakfast. WiFi was good throughout and it also had parking available. Overall great value as well with the family suite as well.

Lovely , clean room - very well equipped!!
Extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff in all areas of the hotel.
Inclusive breakfast buffet was exceptional! Constantly being refreshed and had choices to suit every possible taste.
I would recommend this hotel to everyone - will definitely be booking here again!

The hotel had the worst customer service. I would stand at the front desk waiting to check out, rang the bell and no one would even say a word to me. It was bizarre. We called the night before to get some ice, no one answered the phone at 10:30 pm for 20 minutes so my husband went down to the front desk and waited for 10 minutes and no one ever came. He asked the bar for ice then, and they told him to ask the front desk where no one was to be found. I have never experienced such poor guest service.

Don't let the comparatively low fares lure you in, this is not a 4-Star Superior hotel. The Spa is tiny and the sauna did not work. Moreover, Spa access is once per reservation, not per day. Breakfast is good but not overwhelming. Rooms are okay but small. Generally speaking, the level of service and attention is not worthy of a four star hotel. In case of problems during the stay, the Russian owners are not reachable.
