above and beyond for any european hotel really. the game room alone is 100m2. was perfect for our 1 year old! thanks for taking the service in Spain to another level. will definitely come back

Elke Spa hotel is lovely and the rooms are spacious. The room was cleaned each day with fresh towels etc. The breakfast was average. The pool area is very nice. We didn’t use the indoor spa.

Lovely kid friendly hotel with friendly reception. Had a mini break here and the receptionist went out of her way after the admin bit to show our daughter the soft play room which as well needed after a long drive. The rooms are large and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was really good and something for everyone. Rooftop was lovely and they had set times when kids were allowed in the spa which was very enjoyable. Block from the beach and from town made for a really good break.

Three-night stay in the Junior Suite.
Before our arrival, I sent two emails requesting a quiet room. I specifically mentioned that I did not want a room facing the Ramblas.

I was very disappointed to find that we were placed at the corner of two streets and facing the Ramblas. The nights were therefore extremely noisy. We explained at reception that I had sent two emails. The employee on duty on Friday, May 2nd (a dark-haired woman who was not at all welcoming) told us that they had not received any emails. However, I booked directly through the hotel’s website. This is unacceptable.

Positive points: the hotel itself is beautiful.
The Junior Suite is spacious and of high quality. The breakfast is very generous.
The lady in charge of the breakfast service is extremely professional and helpful.

The bedding is excellent, parking is great, the hotel is clean, the pool is nice, and the spa is very good. The rooftop is beautiful, and the hotel is very well .

On arrival we were not greeted, we waited 10 minutes before a grumpy looking man asked for my credit card. No warm welcome, how was your flight etc. then pointed to the lift and left to get on with it. The room was Beautiful , spacious and comfortable. We had upgraded to a city balcony view, but pointless as no chairs on said balcony. Breakfast was nice. Self service, usual fare. Staff in restaurants seemed friendly. Reception staff Rude and frosty . Maybe because we’re British and it’s Russian owned but who knows. Spa was a joke, nothing was working. Hotel is Perfectly situated for harbour, beach and restaurants. I’ve been coming to Sant feliu for nearly 50 years, from a child. And have stayed in most hotels and apartments over the years. This has to be the most beautiful but most unfriendly . Never again! I’ll stick with the budget hostel Del Sol up the road. Not as glamorous, but super friendly. They treat guests like family

I had such a wonderful stay at the Hotel Spa Elke this April. First of all I would like to highlight the personal of the hotel, always welcoming, happy to help and providing a great service. The hotel is located close to the beach like 200m away, in the city centre. The room was clean and everything was just perfect. What I liked about the hotel that there is a spa located on the rooftop with a pool on the terrace. There is a restaurant in the hotel which is great as well. Everything was always delicious and fresh, the food was served very fast.

Thank you a lot a really enjoyed my stay.

We came to stay at this hotel after a terrible experience at another 4* hotel in town and it was night and day in terms of customer service, room and amenities age. It’s right across the street from the beach and walking distance to many restaurants in town. We enjoyed the kids club play room as well, the rooftop pool with great views, the on site restaurant for lunch and daily breakfast. WiFi was good throughout and it also had parking available. Overall great value as well with the family suite as well.

Lovely , clean room - very well equipped!!
Extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff in all areas of the hotel.
Inclusive breakfast buffet was exceptional! Constantly being refreshed and had choices to suit every possible taste.
I would recommend this hotel to everyone - will definitely be booking here again!
