The hotel infrastructure for tourists wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. The hotel is situated in a secluded tranquil island washed by clear Mediterranean sea, surrounded by beautiful vegetation. The hotel is a good venue for events of different orientation.

Location: in the heart of Costa Brava, 1 km from the center of Sant Feliu de Guixols, 120 km from the airport of Barcelona, 30 km from the airport of Girona.

Consists of one 3-storey building, two 3-storey buildings (health centers Port Salvi and Garden Eden).

The hotel has 160 rooms.

Beach: public sandy-pebbly beach, 700 m from the hotel. 50 m from the hotel rocky shore, 1 line. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses – for a fee.

The hotel is very well located. The views from the sea-facing rooms are magnificent. The outdoor area is very well maintained and very beautiful. The pool is very clean, with a breathtaking view of the garden and the sea. The catering staff is charming. The buffet is very neat, and the food is good. Some clients (French) openly complained (how rude and indecent a way to express themselves!!!) that the buffet was not sufficiently stocked. Indeed, we are not staying at large chain clubs where the food (very greasy, if possible, to improve...) is plentiful, but it is much less good or, if good, then much more expensive. In short, people who complain are forced to eat oily noodles at home all year round!!! Therefore, we gave this establishment 5 stars overall for value for money. We can't wait to return next year...

The hotel is well located in a very nice village and the rooms are cleaned.
Facilities are ok
However :
- staff is extremely rude specially at breakfast
- One day we asked for duvet and they just throw it one the bed without putting them on the sheets. I said to the receptionist : So I need to make my own bed on holiday ? She replied « I don’t have anyone from hsk after 10pm » and walk out. (My request was made a 20h.
- they brought us hangers without hooks, what are we supposed to do with that ?
- Spa is horrible

I work in hospitality myself and I can tell you that it is not even a 3 stars hotel

Its a beautiful exclusive location but all ruined by management. Staff is really terrible, rude, talk back. Breakfast is a mess, pigeons walking all over the tables…the worst is when we asked for extra duvet as the beds only had sheets and it was already november, we came back to the room after dinner and found the 2 duvets just thrown on the bed, we called the receptionist who came to the room and we literally had to make the bed by ourself because she said she doesnt have housekeeping after 10pm. My friend and I both work in hospitality and never ever have I asked a paying guest to make their own bed while staying in my hotel.. honestly, management do something if you want to keep this beautiful property a successfull business..

Last minute booked and they proposed us room 234. Know your customer in front of you. With +100 hotel reviews a year we know what we want. The room was old fashioned and the terrace was awful. The hotel had grandeur maybe in 1990 but today it needs a complete refurbisment. Some places look nice from far. Parking is ok. The only fantastic at this hotel is the location.

My daughter has Cow's Milk Protein Allergy and went there the 4 of us, mom, dad and 2 daughters (5 and 3 years old) We explained to reception and restaurant the issue we have being her allergic, and how to deal with it taking into account the buffet type of food, and the chances of a potential presence of milk. We did not have to insist, my daughter was treated with special care and all meals were great, we wanna thank you Eden Roc team because of that, unfortunately for us this is not normal, usually we are listened after she has an allergic reaction. Apart from that the hotel is amazing, great sited, nice swimming pool(also very good the interior pool). Staff there is kind. When we have the chance we’ll come back.

Stayed here one night in August on our way driving back to UK. Paid 213 Euros for one night not including food. Thought it was a lot but worth it for the lovely position of the hotel and the food. Had to park nearly a kilometre away from the hotel as the car park was full. Our room was round the back with windows that didn’t open and that were blacked out with tape. It was tiny and smelled a bit musty. The hotel was full and we obviously got possibly the worst room. The safe didn’t work and the room hadn’t been updated in years although it was generally clean. The check-in was horrible as the staff were trying to deal with an argument about an overbooking. We arrived late so ate in the hotel dining room which was a big mistake. The buffet food was some of the worst I have encountered. All I can say to some of thd reviewers who give this place high marks for food is that you obviously don”t get out much. The breakfast was similarly poor .. overly sweet fruit juices from a tin I guess, poor and very sugary pastries. Coffee machine. Poor choice of fruit. Overall it was terrible and expensive. The position out on the point is so nice its such a wasted opportunity. Needs a good overhaul ..or even a complete rebuild.

I stayed one night and it was pretty pricey but was to be expected in a Saturday in July. The room was clean and spacious - I would say however for a 4 star hotel they should provide shower caps and tissues in the bathroom. The breakfast was fine but the lunch a disappointment. Burnt bread and my friend couldn’t finish his burger it was that bad. But for me it’s the location and the direct access to the sea. Glorious spot for swimming and snorkelling and the views are gorgeous. Overall the hotel is a bit dated but the spot makes up for it. Perfect location but go out of the property if you any good food as they need to really improve the quality of the food in the lunch area.

We stayed at Hotel Eden Roc and the experience was average. The reception staff were friendly. Our room was fine, with comfortable beds, but some furniture and the bathroom felt a bit worn or outdated. We noticed that other rooms looked more modern, probably depending on the area of the hotel or the price paid.

The restaurant didn’t convince us. The welcome was cold, and they asked us to sign the water ticket (€3.20) while we were still eating — something that happened again the next day. The food was basic: undercooked meat, frozen-tasting fish, and shrimp lacking freshness. Breakfast was also quite simple, and some fruits weren’t in good condition.

On the positive side, the indoor pool and spa were nice, with 2 hours of access per day (swim cap required), and the massage we had was good. Parking costs €11 per night during low season.

In summary: good reception service, comfortable beds, and decent spa access, but the restaurant and some room details need improvement. Better to eat out — there are great options nearby.

We visited Eden Roc Resort in Rhodes as part of a large celebration group and had an amazing stay! The staff were outstanding—Maria at front of house greeted us warmly, Jorge was an incredible all-around waitress, and Alexandros made top-notch cocktails at the bar. Every staff member went above and beyond.

The location is stunning—right on a private beach, with clean rooms, great food, and easy access to Rhodes Old Town via nearby bus stop. There were plenty of activities, including water sports and a games room.

Check-in was a bit hectic, but it was the first day of the season, so understandable. No spa room, but massages were available.

Highly recommended—we’d love to come back!

Nice hotel in a perfect location!

Location:
It can be better. Really. Will situated. Beautiful views. Amazing sunset and sunrise. A bit problematic to park during high season.

Service:
Always helpful.

Food:
Breakfast really good.
Dinner was a bit weaker. But for that price ok.

Rooms:
Even though we got an upgrade from basic to suite, rooms need renovation. Asap. Sofa was broken. Bathroom a bit dirty (rust) and you could see that the last renovations were done in a rush. Weak electrical grid. Small and bug things.

Wellness:
I like you could enter any time.
