My daughter has Cow's Milk Protein Allergy and went there the 4 of us, mom, dad and 2 daughters (5 and 3 years old) We explained to reception and restaurant the issue we have being her allergic, and how to deal with it taking into account the buffet type of food, and the chances of a potential presence of milk. We did not have to insist, my daughter was treated with special care and all meals were great, we wanna thank you Eden Roc team because of that, unfortunately for us this is not normal, usually we are listened after she has an allergic reaction. Apart from that the hotel is amazing, great sited, nice swimming pool(also very good the interior pool). Staff there is kind. When we have the chance we’ll come back.

Stayed here one night in August on our way driving back to UK. Paid 213 Euros for one night not including food. Thought it was a lot but worth it for the lovely position of the hotel and the food. Had to park nearly a kilometre away from the hotel as the car park was full. Our room was round the back with windows that didn’t open and that were blacked out with tape. It was tiny and smelled a bit musty. The hotel was full and we obviously got possibly the worst room. The safe didn’t work and the room hadn’t been updated in years although it was generally clean. The check-in was horrible as the staff were trying to deal with an argument about an overbooking. We arrived late so ate in the hotel dining room which was a big mistake. The buffet food was some of the worst I have encountered. All I can say to some of thd reviewers who give this place high marks for food is that you obviously don”t get out much. The breakfast was similarly poor .. overly sweet fruit juices from a tin I guess, poor and very sugary pastries. Coffee machine. Poor choice of fruit. Overall it was terrible and expensive. The position out on the point is so nice its such a wasted opportunity. Needs a good overhaul ..or even a complete rebuild.

I stayed one night and it was pretty pricey but was to be expected in a Saturday in July. The room was clean and spacious - I would say however for a 4 star hotel they should provide shower caps and tissues in the bathroom. The breakfast was fine but the lunch a disappointment. Burnt bread and my friend couldn’t finish his burger it was that bad. But for me it’s the location and the direct access to the sea. Glorious spot for swimming and snorkelling and the views are gorgeous. Overall the hotel is a bit dated but the spot makes up for it. Perfect location but go out of the property if you any good food as they need to really improve the quality of the food in the lunch area.

Even though we got an upgrade from basic to suite, rooms need renovation. Asap. Sofa was broken. Bathroom a bit dirty (rust) and you could see that the last renovations were done in a rush. Weak electrical grid. Small and bug things.
Wellness:
I like you could enter any time.

The most amazing views of the ocean and scenery can be seen from Eden Roc Hotels in Spain. Most relaxing place in Costa Brava area. Staff is friendly and speak English - multi languages. Breakfast and Dinner buffets provide delicious choices for everyone. Highly recommended!

We booked at the Eden Roc Hotel for the FIRM 2024 conference and we had a wonderful time. The views and the facilities at the hotel were beautiful and the staff were so incredibly helpful. A big thank you to José Maria, Miguel, Agustin, André and the rest of the staff for making our stay a truly unforgettable experience. We hope to see you again soon!

Hotel Eden Roc is up on the tip of the bay in Sant Feliu de Guixols, making it a beautiful location for sunrises and being on the water. It's a medium sized resort with a few things to do like swimming in the ocean, indoor and outdoor pools, sunbathing, and scrambling on the rocks. We came for a conference and while some of the staff were very friendly, others did not seem happy to be hosting us, and sometimes were rude. The hotel food was decent, but there's more delicious food in town, so we highly recommend you do some exploring. The cove where swimming takes place had a lot of jellyfish, but the beach back in town was quite lovely. Our rooms were nice, although be aware of the drought going on and mind your water consumption. Our jackets that we left at dinner were taken and the front desk did not have them, we asked over several days, and we don't think patrons would take our stuff. Overall, we liked the location but will probably not be returning to this hotel.

Bad Experience. Poor customer service at front desk. I say this because despite the hotel making a huge mistake by cancelling one of our rooms, they did very little to rectify the situation. We reserved 2 spa suites for 3 nights online in August for an upcoming business trip end of September. When the four of us got there for check in, we were told that there was only 1 suite reserved despite showing them the email confirmation for the 2 suites. Finally after much insistent, they realized that this is true. According to them, apparently someone on their end had cancelled one of our rooms and they cannot explain why or who or how it happened. We did not get the second spa suite that we reserved. They put us in one superior room for 1 night and than they moved us to a standard room for 2 nights. Because of this, we will not stay here again. Last year, we stayed at the Elke Spa Hotel. Way better hotel in terms of price for customer service, cleanliness, and overall experience. We will be returning there for all our business and personal days.

I was staying at Eden Roc for 2 consecutive conferences with an additional separate booking I made myself in between. At these conferences 150+ people are randomly assigned into rooms with speakers getting the best rooms. When I checked out and back in after my first conference was done, first, the staff member was unable to locate my booking for the night I had booked in between really scaring me in the process (even though I had the confirmation email right there).
After this issue was finally solved, I politely asked if for the next conference I could be put into a different room. I didn’t expect one of the best ones, but maybe just a slightly different one not overlooking the street (where I had constant noise of lawn mowers and power tools outside of my window). Also several of my colleagues from the previous conference who were not speakers, had by chance been assigned rooms with beautiful sea or garden views, so I knew that something slightly nicer was definitely possible. I was told several times, and rather impolitely, that this would be impossible, even though she could have swapped me with ANY other person of the 150 conference attendees (excluding the speakers of course).
What was very frustrating and disappointing was less that I was not able to swap rooms, but more the total inflexibility and the rather rude tone and disrespectful attitude with which I was treated. I was not asking for something impossible. I went back to my loud room.
Also, side note, most of the equipment in the gym was out of order. So unless you like the stationary bike, don’t bother going.

Disgusting service at the hotel. We paid for a room with a sea view, but they gave us a garden view. Some boys passing by threw a ball at me when we were relaxing on the balcony in the evening and ran away. We asked to change the room, the hotel staff refused us, pretended not to notice us. The hotel level is 2-3 stars maximum. I do not recommend it.
