Wow such a wonderful hotel and deal. But use trip. I extended my stay 1 day not using trip and the charged me more then double the trip rate !!!

The staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. The shared spaces were comfortable and inviting. I would definitely stay here again.

Our room wasn't ready by 3:30 pm. In the end, they gave us another room, not ours, and a higher category, but when we entered, the shower pipes smelled rotten. We had to add water and soap, and it was fine. But this morning, the bathroom smelled like sewage. After showering, it was fine. The rest was fine; the room was clean and spacious.

I had a confirmed reservation with Booking.com and the pseudo-frontdesk staff didn't know how to access the hotel booking system or the PIN of the telephone so he didn't know which room was available, he tried to call his boss/manager but there were no answer. So I after 20 minutes of loosing time, I had to look for a different hotel.
If you pay peanuts you get monkeys.

Now, If I were to bet I would guess that the on-duty staff didn't even have a formal work contract.

This is the best hotel I've stayed in, I stayed in a small room and it was positively luxurious! I spent my time walking to and from the beach, and I could not have had an easier walk. Good hiking nearby too. Fantastic staff, absolutely sparkling room, and even though I had the most inexpensive room, it still had a balcony with seating???
