we rented 2 rooms !!!
I generally refrain from writing bad reviews but here I have to say: the first check-in is not very good because parking near the hotel is not realistic, you simply cannot park nearby it is not realistic!!! The hotel does not have its own parking!!! Although they declare parking for 20 euros, this is not true, after booking you will receive a notification with the details of the check-in and parking options, so my parking was 400 meters away and cost 3/€ per hour or 30€ per day!!! I do not understand why the hotel declares a different price, the Wi-Fi did not work, it simply did not work at all, the rooms were very small, but that is still nothing to do with it, but they have long been in need of repair, everything is half broken, 1 give cleanliness 1 because there was fungus all over the bathroom and there was hair from previous customers on the wall, and in the end when I tried to explain something to the girl at the reception, she did not even listen to me, she constantly interrupted me and insisted that everything was not so bad

The WiFi is so bad and the room is quite old which does not look like photo and no place to put stuff in the bathroom . We also experienced with fire alarm went off at 10:45pm and no staff to help to resolve the Isse. All guests were waiting and calling for 30 minutes……… the hotel is really not responding and irresponsible……

The hotel and the room looks really nice, cleen and the staff in the reception is friendly and helpful.I also like the old stile of the hotel like Alhambra stile..but that is about it.
We were on the second floor and facing the bizzy street and you can hear everything from the windows as it is not good at all for sound prof. The wift in the bathroom was so loud and old of dust it was unbearable to have it on. The bed was horrible ,every time my partner moved it was like being on a trampoline..so we did spend the most horrible night we ever had in a hotel ..loud noises coming in and bad bed ...it is just the worst . Also we did have some technical problems such as the TV was going on and off by itself in the night and some flickering lights...so maybe there is some ghost in the room I don't know. I would have wanted a better coffee at the room or at least you could buy a good coffee down at the reception well it is down town and easy to go around, but it doesn't matter we didnt like our stay unfortunately..we are just staying one night and we are not going to book this hotel again.

A well located hotel, on a small side street. The service was really good and we got good advice on what to do and see here. The room was clean and lovely toiletries. The bed was too hard for me. We had a nice view and a French balcony. The church bells did not disturb us in any way. Check-in went well even though we arrived after 5:00 PM. The instructions were excellent in every way.

The hotel has great location, near a historic city center. The hotel smelled nice, like a spa. The hotel has a nice oriental design. I missed a bar with coffee and drinks that I could enjoy on the nice indoor terrace of the hotel. It was just a machine for drinks and small snacks. Our room was a little bit small but nice and clean.

Beautiful quaint, clean hotel tucked in off the main drag a 100 ft. Close to the sights but not too far away! No amenities on-site just an old world charm to the rooms! And they have in room AC which is very quiet. They also have a breakfast agreement with Artesanos de Granada bakery a half block away so that you can get a great basic breakfast (and coffee) when you purchase it with the room! Tasty and convenient!

The hotel is located in an area with lots of restaurants and good tapas bars. You will find bus stops less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel. It is walking distance to the old town and museums and historic sites. The hotel provides a really nice breakfast off site at a cafe a few doors away.

Very beautiful hotel in a great area. Rooms are quiet, clean, good sized. Also warm which is very important in autumn/winter. The location is amazing, having everything you might need a few steps away: transport, supermarket, bats, restaurants. Cathedral and tourist sites less than 15 min away by foot.

What a gem , right in the heart of Granada, just minutes from the buzzing centre of the city. Met by two very pleasant girls at the desk, one in training, and checked in immediately, given a code for both front door and room, nobody on desk after 5. The Breakfast is in a delightful cafe around the corner, and what a lovely breakfast of four elements for hotel guests. Room snug but absolutely spotless and a substantial bathroom. What more could one ask for at a very competitive price. Parking is at neighbouring underground at a 10% reduction. Also walking distance to the head of Alhamra, although quite a climb. Ideal location for the seasoned traveller.

Great location. Lovely staff and reasonably priced compared to many other hotels at this hectic religious Easter period in Granada. It wasnt far to walk to many of the top locations and the ours we booked were happy to collect us from this hotels location.

One of the best tapas bars. Good dishes and good prices. Despite being almost always full, will cater very fast and very well. A must-visit.
