The hotel had a stunning and impressive exterior, incredibly friendly staff, beautiful interiors, a warm welcome service, and a spacious, comfortable room. Everything about this hotel was excellent. Enjoying breakfast in a bright, sun-filled space made the experience even better.

room service was perfect, location is good 15 minutes walk to center and 3 minutes to the beach. breakfast was okay but having fresh made omelets was good 🙃and waiting for coffee the none pleasant part but overall okay however I had better breakfast in the other hotels. stuff very professional and nice.

Excellent 4-night stay recently. Everything was dialed in so nicely. Food on site was phenomenal. Location allows for a short walk to wonderful cafes and food. Views of the sea are incredible. Staff were exceptionally helpful. Concierge helped with everything we needed, including mailing an item I left behind by accident. So glad we chose this hotel for our stay in Málaga.

Excellent hotel, in a great location. All staff a very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are well equipped with comfortable beds and choice of pillows. Will definitely choose Vincci again.

The staff were very patient. When we checked in and found the heating wasn't working properly, the front desk immediately arranged for staff to help us move our luggage and change rooms. Furthermore, breakfast was available à la carte without extra charge. It's a hotel worth recommending.

The hotel has a good location, and the breakfast is decent.

The location is excellent, the balcony is a highlight, and the room is well-ventilated. It was clean, the mattress was comfortable, and I slept very well. I slept in and didn't go for breakfast, but overall I'm satisfied.

One of the best hotel we’ve stayed in Spain ! The service is excellent, we will come back again .

It was okay, the location is pretty good and convenient for getting around.

Very nice city hotel, premium room with terrace, minor but easy fix issues, no wardrobe space, hang shirts over kettle! Very strange Reception and bar reasonable but not knock your socks off, staff on reception very welcoming friendly and knowledgeable Great location next to marine plaza, we booked a trip and it started from there Overall a good choice

It’s worth for £280 but definitely not for £480 at peak time. Had a lot of expectations on breakfast but it was just ok.

Just returned from a 4 night break at this fantastic hotel, the position is perfect right opposite the main shopping street, old town and port area. All the staff were amazing, friendly, approachable and professional, nothing was too much trouble. I chose Santa Catalina Málaga expecting a hotel that would live up to its five-star rating. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect that standard. Five-star review in all aspects. The hotel staff were also very nice. The food and accommodation were very comfortable.

A wonderful old hotel full of Iberian charm. Rooms are modern and comfortable. Manuel at reception is a true gentleman, most of the staff are very good. Quiet and peaceful it’s nice to be 5 minutes drive or 20 minute walk to the centre. Enjoy!

One of the best hotels we have ever been to. It is decorated with taste, has beautiful views, rooms are great, and service was amazing (some of the best service we have ever seen in a hotel). Overall great.

We would like to thank everyone at this hotel for making one of the most important days of our lives truly unforgettable. The efforts and gestures of people we had never met before, in a city we had never seen, to make this moment perfect, were simply incredible.
