The hotel had a stunning and impressive exterior, incredibly friendly staff, beautiful interiors, a warm welcome service, and a spacious, comfortable room. Everything about this hotel was excellent. Enjoying breakfast in a bright, sun-filled space made the experience even better.

room service was perfect, location is good 15 minutes walk to center and 3 minutes to the beach. breakfast was okay but having fresh made omelets was good 🙃and waiting for coffee the none pleasant part but overall okay however I had better breakfast in the other hotels. stuff very professional and nice.

Everything was fine, but I didn't expect that booking a room directly there would be more expensive. Also, when I was collecting my luggage, they didn't tell me that it had already been taken out, so I had to wait there.

The hotel has a fantastic location! It's right next to the train and bus stations, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing! There are many bus stops nearby, making it easy to get to attractions or the old town! A wide variety of supermarkets and restaurants are also nearby, perfect for satisfying your cravings! The location is convenient for taking the train to nearby places, such as Grenada. There is a large shopping mall next to the hotel and it is also a 20-minute walk to the tourist attractions. The breakfast is good and the room is comfortable. However, the towels for the swimming pool on the 8th floor need to be picked up in the basement.

The location is near the city center, the room is spacious, and the TV is new and large. It has a swimming pool and excellent facilities. The breakfast is rich, and there's a paid parking lot. It's a very good resort hotel.

The service was very good, particularly at reception, where Francisco provided a warm and welcoming experience. The room was clean and comfortable, though somewhat limited in amenities for a four-star hotel. The hotel is conveniently located near the main railway station, offering easy access to the city centre by bus or metro, as well as a pleasant 15–20 minute walk.

Wifi was bad in the last room down the hall. Had no connection at all, only if I moved into and down the hall. I was able to get relocated to a different room with better connection. The gym was ok, but kind of dirty. Especially the exercise mat has seen better days

A very nice room located very very close to the train and bus stations. One of our day trips had a pick up right opposite to the hotel which was very convenient. Breakfast could be better but not a big deal.

Alex in reception has given exceptional service. We arrived as my husband had just left hospital and Alex was so helpful and understanding of the issues we were having. Every time we dealt with him, he was professional and very competent. We have stayed in several NH hotels and never received such good service and he is always smiling and reassuring. It's located along the coast and right in front of the sea, so the view was amazing. The hotel is a little far from the city center, but the beach is just downstairs and across the road, and you can see the sea from the hotel window. It takes less than ten minutes to get to the airport by taxi. The room is clean and tidy, but a little small.

Great hotel to spend the night before or after your flight. Super comfy, location is good. The only thing I would recommend the hotel to do is create a shuttle to the airport - otherwise the taxi is 9-20€ depending on the hour of the day.

Not enough socket outlets, a 1970's design thing that needs upgrading to cover our proliferating electronic devices. Same with lack of USB 3 OR C, sockets. This a an absolute gem of a hotel. Very central to everything. 5 mins walk to see the Christmas lights, the centre, the port etc. Breakfast is a bit limited but good. Rooftop Bar is lovely. Great place to stay.

We spent four nights here in early November. The location is excellent, in the centre of Malaga on a guiet street. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. All of the hotel is clean with a pleasant smell. And the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, with great recommendations for nearby cafes and restaurants.
