Malaga has over 300 sunny days a year, but unfortunately when we visited there was a storm so we couldn't enjoy the coast, but I recommend it as you can get very close to the sea
The hotel is a little far from the city center, but the beach is just downstairs and across the road, and you can see the sea from the hotel window. It takes less than ten minutes to get to the airport by taxi
The hotel is close to the sea, but it is separated by a road, so there is no invincible sea view, and there are no shops around. Basically, you can only use the restaurant attached to the hotel
It's located along the coast and right in front of the sea, so the view was amazing
fast and friendly check-in, modern room with coffee machine and a stocked mini-bar, rare these days. Breakfast was good and fair value 13e if booked in advance. Adequate parking nearby and the hotel has its own car park
The location is far from the city The bus stop is also close It's so nice to be in front of the beach Because it's a sunrise and sunset restaurant If you visit Malaga again, this is the way to go Will visit again!

The moment you step through the grand entrance, you are transported to an era of unparalleled elegance with soaring marble columns, crystal chandeliers, and exquisite period furnishings
Gran Hotel Miramar is truly the crown jewel of Malaga's hospitality scene, housed in a magnificently restored early twentieth-century palace
The rooms offer exceptional comfort with modern amenities while preserving the historic character of the building
breakfast was okay but having fresh made omelets was good 🙃and waiting for coffee the none pleasant part but overall okay however I had better breakfast in the other hotels. stuff very professional and nice
room service was perfect, location is good 15 minutes walk to center and 3 minutes to the beach
The rooftop terrace provides breathtaking views of the Mediterranean coastline and the surrounding mountains. The spa facilities are world-class and the fine dining restaurant serves exceptional Mediterranean cuisine

Totally amazing hotel! Staff were great (especially Pepe) and the rooms were clean and spacious. There were also very fun programs throughout the day. I highly recommend coming here if you like having a great time!
The parking facilities are fantastic and free for most of the year. (Summer and peak season attracts a daily parking charge)
Not enough socket outlets, a 1970's design thing that needs upgrading to cover our proliferating electronic devices. Same with lack of USB 3 OR C, sockets. Simple replacement of existing sockets would help here
Breakfast & Dinner buffets were excellent, reception and housekeeping first rate
Unfortunately we arrived mid storm and were wet through, we were told that luckily our room would be ready and to come back in an hour which we did
The biggest plus to this hotel is the staff. The staff were friendly and helpful. Marta with the kids club is AMAZING. The minidisco she hosted the night we stayed was SO fantastic. The rooms are the big downside

The best location, clean and super nice Seaview room. Restaurant and bar at the rooftop are the best and amazing view. You should definitely stay in this hotel If you are in Malaga
Sea-view rooms overlook the harbor, while city-view rooms offer views of the old town and the cathedral. The lobby is decorated with special Christmas decorations
This stay was during the Christmas season, and overall the experience was satisfactory. The hotel has a great location, the rooms are clean and hygienic, and the facilities are complete
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The service was exceptional—staff members were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any request
It's right next to the church. The port is just across the road. The restaurant on the top floor has an unbeatable view. There are too few varieties for breakfast. The price-performance ratio is not high
The room facilities, service, and size are all satisfactory

Very nice city hotel, premium room with terrace, minor but easy fix issues, no wardrobe space, hang shirts over kettle! Very strange Reception and bar reasonable but not knock your socks off, staff on reception very welcoming friendly and knowledgeable Great location next to marine plaza, we booked a trip and it started from there Overall a good choice
The highlight for us was the 7th floor restaurant, where we had breakfast every morning - there was a huge choice of items - fruit, cheese, cold meat, bread, pastries, yoghurt, eggs to order - and tremendous views of the city, port and mountains
We were there during the festival so the whole area was busy but the staff went above and beyond at times, special mention to Diego, his knowledge of wine is extensive, and to Eduardo and the lovely hostess
I chose balcony view for a reason. To start the morning coffee with the sun in my face. The price of the room was worth it. Amenities were (all the little things) were pleasantly surprising
Just returned from a 4 night break at this fantastic hotel, the position is perfect right opposite the main shopping street, old town and port area
Excellent service and nice locatio in the middle of the city Love the olive oil souvenir in the end

Staff friendly and helpful, room 705 very clean, great shower, wonderful view from balcony. Excellent breakfast too! Location perfect, 2nd visit.
On one side views of Port, Cathedral and Alcazabra ( stunningly lit up at night ) and on the other right into the Bullring
Very good quality throughout, in particular liked the breakfast and views from balcony and 12th Floor roof
Parking is not very convenient, there are parking spaces around the hotel.
Nice Hotel. Very well positioned. Though it has a boring breakfast. Easily recommendable.
Stayed here last week. Booked a super double room. The bathroom was dirty. The decor is in need of a makeover. The hotel lacks the calibre of 4 star status. Overpriced & disappointed.

Guy at desk on check in not friendly, very angry face, made us uncomfortable, he rook too long looking at our passports, we felt unwelcome, he did not greet us with a smile he should not be working in such a lovely place, he gives the place a bad reputation
We have made this a go to place to recover after an overseas flight. It is peaceful and well managed and you have everything you need to have a relaxing day or two to get over jet lag.
I was always able to find a parking spot easily, although the parking lot must have been pretty full on Friday evening, since there were many cars parked outside the designated parking spots on Saturday morning as I left the hotel
Wonderful squeaky clean room with comfortable bed and furniture. Wonderful view of the Mediterranean and a short ten minute walk to lots of shopping ,restaurants and the train station.
Great location to the airport, shopping mall and ikea. We only stayed one night but would definitely return due to its location. Staff were friendly, rooms were clean.
I stayed here in the beginning of April. I would choose this hotel again if traveling to Málaga. Room was in good condition and quite big

Great hotel and service, best few days in Malaga. Brekfast was decent. This is the second time I stayed in Ibis hotel. Keep up the good work!
Great clean quirky cheap airport stop off hotel
The hotel is very clean and good service, But I experienced a bad situation in my last day, which is the heater is not working and I asked them they told me it’s your fault but I was feeling good at that night
The only thing I would recommend the hotel to do is create a shuttle to the airport - otherwise the taxi is 9-20€ depending on the hour of the day
Instead, every day we had breakfast at hotel which was diversified, fruits, sweets, ham, cheese, vegetables and some local type of pie (I think) was very good. We had a standard room with comfortable bad
For the price paid, this hotel delivers exactly what it promises: a decent, clean, and quiet place near the airport. You’re not paying extra for unnecessary luxuries and you can rest without worries

Superb value, authentic Spanish hotel with an interesting design and convenient for the airport. The same price as the Campanile or the Holiday Inn but with much more character, space and better facilities.
Good room, spacious triple bed. Very friendly staffs. Value for money. 24 hours opened reception, very convenient especially late check out
Within easy reach to malaga central and to be honest it was rather nice to come back out of town to a hotel like this. Clean linen every day (unnecessary but appreciated) Bed made every day again appreciated
Near the airport, some noise from air traffic. But I slept very well. Very friendly staff! The food in the restaurant was really good. I would definitely book it again!
Beautiful little cat out in the garden. Bottled water and fresh tea every day. Sitting out in the garden area in the sun was a bonus
The hotel was located quite far from the city!!but there was a nearby bus stop, although it was a bit time-consuming!The hotel staff kindly helped us get a rental car at a reasonable price, which worked out very well for us

Perfect location, close to the harbour and the main city center. Room not so big but enough, and the price was really competitive for this location. Very very clean. Nice service 24/24 , speaking french if needed.
Very good little hotel, excellent location for sights. My family of five (two adults, three kids) fit perfectly in one room. Only the lift was bit problematic
The location is great with walking distance to Plaza de la Constitucion as well as the beach Playa de la Malagueta. Great access to Centro Historico
On the minus side the door to the room has not been soundproofed quite well and you can hear people walking there but it wasn't such a big problem
Small playground nearby with cafe, sights & museums near, the port is right next to it, also lots of places near to have something to eat
There's no pet giraffe provided at the hotel, aside from that it's a pleasantly quiet place to stay; three thumbs-up.

It was clear he radiated a negative energy that affected other colleagues. After we reported it to the hotel, we saw a change, so he has the potential to be more friendly 😉
The hotel was cleaned daily, no complaints there. The hotel's location is superb – a great base for car trips to many places, and there's a bus stop (line 25) right outside for Alcazaba and Malaga Promenade
In contrast, the waiter Antonio shouldn't be serving guests; he started our breakfast and morning not with a 'good morning' but with a stern demand for our room number
Really enjoyed our stay. Staff warm and friendly. Mare and Laura went the extra mile to see to our needs. Breakfast very good. Rooms clean and beds comfy. Good location. Will definitely stay there again.
The hotel staff is very customer-oriented, and Mar, in particular, exceeded all expectations: always smiling, friendly, helpful, and ready to resolve any guest issues
* Good hotel, close to the airport * Free parking in front of the hotel * Possibilities to eat in the hotel restaurant (was OKish), or in one of the close-by restaurants or BK * Beds were comfortable * Big and clean rooms * All in all a very good value for money and happy to recommend

It's just a 5 min brisk walk to the nearest MRT station, and 15 to 20 min walk to the city centre along the river or harbour. It provides all the bath necessities but would be nice to have an electric kettle
As expected, it doesn't come with disposable amenities, so you'll need to bring your own. The room was also relatively quiet. Overall, it's a simple, suitable option for those on a tighter budget looking for a brief stay
The room is not spacious but clean and comfortable. The front desk receptionists for the day and night shift are both friendly and speak fluent English so there's no language barrier or miscommunication
I am really satisfied with the service. It is a brand new hotel with in a new brand. I haven't been to this new brand so I can not compare the differences. The staff was so helpful
Friendly and helpful receptionists. Upgraded my room! It was a spacious, clean, welcoming and quiet room, with a nice view. It's well located in a safe and well-lit area
The room is not far from the station, making it very convenient to reach. Check-in at the front desk was smooth, and the room itself was simple and clean

The room was lovely and bright and spacious we had a little balcony but there is a lovely roof top terrace with a pool and sun loungers, it also had onsite parking for €15 a day. The staff were super friendly and helpful
I really liked the hotel and its location. The receptionists are extremely helpful! The room is simple but quite spacy and nice. I had a bathroom overlooking the panaramic terrace of Malaga
The room is a bit small, after all, it is a tourist city and the price is high. But it is all IKEA furniture, familiar feeling, clean and tidy. The location is also good, only three minutes to the beach
Wifi was fine and found the bed comfortable. Would fully recommend and come back again. I was here for Málaga marathon and my stay here made for a lovely weekend
We had a room with a view of the bullring where some events take place - we had a free Luis Fonsi concert included from the balcony 😄 but windows are quite soundproof if you want silence instead of concerts :) Location was simply amazing - close to the beach, city centre, bus lines (also bus line A to the airport)
We came to do the Malaga marathon, the hotel is close to the start, super welcoming, great staff, simple hotel but enough for a weekend, nice little pool on the roof

The apartment was clean and comfortable. Reception was very friendly and welcoming - the umbrellas were particularly useful on our first day! Great location.
Right in centrum with great opportunities to walk around seeing the vital parts of this beautiful city. Surrounded by great restaurants
Place was spotless, room cleaned every day with fresh towels and condiments. Breakfast top quality with great selection
But there are a few things that would make a stay at the Apartments even better: information in the room (how to work the air con/heating, reminder of checkout time, a genetal "Welcome!" pack, evacuation guidelines), a blackout blind for the window to the internal courtyard, table/side light by sofa bed
Location was top of the old town so easy to walk around and get too. Very good food options in the area too. Had the interior room so could hear the reception but rather that then the street
On departure day as it was before breakfast being served hotel made a takeaway picnic box which was top class and very welcome. Hotel staff very friendly and efficient

If you’re staying in Soho Las Vegas across the road, you’re even luckier as the bus goes from the main door, but Soho Los Naranjos is only a minute or two away, and the service is the same: €10 direct to the airport, with a friendly and charming bus driver in a spotlessly clean minibus
I am satisfied with the 7 nights I spent in the hotel. Good location - by the sea, 1. 5 km from the center in a quiet area
I would return to this hotel for the fantastic taxi/ private minibus service alone – it is such a joy not to have to drag bags on and off a bus in to town and then get another bus (that’s always full of others with bags going to the same place) to the airport
I just love this little gem of a hotel, love the location and the staff is super friendly, feels like home. Breakfast is good but breakfast room really dull
There was plenty of room in the shower, though I’d’ve liked a ledge for me to put my facecloth and personal shampoo on, and the soap in the dispenser smelled delicious. The only one thing I didn’t like was the bed
Great location and the staff were amazing. I had a room with a view of the ocean and it was breathtaking. The room was nice, the bed was a little hard, but still comfortable

Very good service and the staff were very good especially Linda she really helped us. My Kids liked the view and enjoyed the departure of the flights
Great hotel for an early departure or late arrival at Malaga airport. No shuttle but easy Bolt or Uber to the terminal, and easy bus ride into the city from nearby bus stop. Nice rooms, good breakfast, great staff.
All good with breakfast included
Most of the hotel's food was delicious, but the eggs were cold and a bit hard. The small sausages were tasty though. The room was alright, and the hygiene was good. Overall, it's still quite recommendable.

My room was spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained, with a balcony that made the most of the incredible setting. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive, making me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay
The scenery is stunning! It's like an old 5 star hotel which is very suitable for staycation. The room inside is a bit old but it's acceptable. The hotel is located in the top of a hill
The buffet breakfasts and lunches served from the bar were tasty and varied in choices and options. Views of Malaga from the terrace are the best! Would highly recommend this hotel!
We had superior room - very spacious. Water left as welcome only on the first day! would expect it everyday with this class of Hotel. We had a nice balcony overlooking the port
It's the perfect hotel for viewing Malaga's beaches and city center. The nighttime view of Malaga is so spectacular you'll want to spend the night admiring it from the terrace

The staff were really nice and welcoming, and our room was clean and comfortable throughout our stay. We arrived late at night, but they were very accommodating and made sure we knew exactly how to get into the property
This hotel is in a quiet suburb just outside Malaga, which was perfect for a relaxing stay. It’s small and cozy, so it never felt crowded like some of the bigger hotels in the city
Public transport is also not a problem as there is a but stop for Lines 3, 8, 11, & 34 running. Also, if you need to send mail there is a postal box near as well
