Not enough socket outlets, a 1970's design thing that needs upgrading to cover our proliferating electronic devices. Same with lack of USB 3 OR C, sockets. Simple replacement of existing sockets would help here. Breakfast & Dinner buffets were excellent, reception and housekeeping first rate. All in all, I'd return.
Totally amazing hotel! Staff were great (especially Pepe) and the rooms were clean and spacious. There were also very fun programs throughout the day. I highly recommend coming here if you like having a great time!
The biggest plus to this hotel is the staff. The staff were friendly and helpful. Marta with the kids club is AMAZING. The minidisco she hosted the night we stayed was SO fantastic. She's so great with the kids. My daughter loved it. The rooms are the big downside. Easily the worst beds we've ever slept in at a hotel. The mattresses were so hard, the pillows flat and stiff. The room was pretty run...
Very comfortable large room with view of the beach. Excellent service from all staff who were friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner had an excellent choice with good variety and the food was delicious. Would return for a relaxing holiday
We had an amazing stay at Sol Guadalmar and can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and well taken care of. The service was truly outstanding — always friendly, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile.
The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered exceptional sea views. The staff were very friendly and the service was excellent throughout...
The hotel is fantastically located directly on the sea. All rooms have frontal or side sea views.
On one side, there are apartments, on the other, a natural plot with parking. Nice for those seeking peace and quiet, but boring for those who might want to stroll in the evening. A taxi ride to the airport, downtown Málaga, or Torremolinos costs around €17.00, each 15 minutes. There's a bus stop in front...

Front desk customer service very bad but hotel and room itself was high quality
Friendly & efficient staff at all areas of the hotel , a credit to the training they have received. The breakfast was also of an exceptional high standard and extremely tasty. Would highly recommend the Nh Malaga for all travelers. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
The room was great, service was excellent, they offer luggage storage, getting a taxi was easy, and breakfast was abundant. Very satisfied!
I had a wonderful stay at NH Hotel Málaga. The hotel is modern, clean, and perfectly located within walking distance of the harbor, shopping streets, and all the main attractions. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the overall ambiance of the hotel is excellent.
A special mention to Alex, who truly made our experience memorable. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and exceptionally informative...
Fantastic Hotel, a few minutes from the city. All the staff are excellent and so friendly. Juan, Guest Relations was very helpful and managed to navigate the site for the theatre on our behalf and book us the tickets we wanted for the jazz concert. He was efficient, so helpful and friendly. Alex on reception greeted us with a very warm welcome and was super helpful and friendly throughout our stay...
Alex in reception has given exceptional service.
We arrived as my husband had just left hospital and Alex was so helpful and understanding of the issues we were having. Every time we dealt with him, he was professional and very competent. We have stayed in several NH hotels and never received such good service and he is always smiling and reassuring.
A perfect example of the hospitality sector.

Fabulous stay! Central of the city, close to everything. Friendly stuff. Amazing!
A very unique hotel with excellent, warm service.
The location is fantastic, surrounded by great restaurants, and it's only a 2-minute walk to the Picasso Museum. Although the hotel was renovated in 2019, it's very well-maintained and the interior is beautiful. The toiletries and bedding are super comfortable. You need to ask the front desk for bottled water and disposable items. The breakfast is quite generous.
The hotel service is very good, and the staff speaks good English. The location gave me two big surprises. The hotel is close to the Picasso Museum, and the tickets for the day were sold out. I thought it was a punishment for the Picasso people, but when I passed by the museum on my way back to the hotel in the afternoon, I found that I could buy tickets to enter again. The second time was when I heard...
An exceptional experience. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were very comfortable and clean, and the a la carte breakfast was delicious. The location is also unbeatable, right in the heart of Malaga's historic center.
The family room we booked was wrong but Ctrip solved the problem quickly, everything else was ok. I booked it because it was through SLH. The environment is comfortable, the smell is very fragrant, the feeling is very comfortable, and it is also conveniently located to major museums. I like Malaga very much.

Fantastic hotel which is attached the the shopping centre and the major train station.
Excellent buffet restaurant at the front and lovely staff who were very helpful with finding ways to get to the city centre.
Room was lovely and big and bathroom shower was amazing!!!
Amazing Hotel beautiful rooms and great location definitely recommended !
Everything was fine, but I didn't expect that booking a room directly there would be more expensive. Also, when I was collecting my luggage, they didn't tell me that it had already been taken out, so I had to wait there.
Nice hotel just next to the train station with plenty of amenities like gym and sauna
The hotel has a fantastic location! It's right next to the train and bus stations, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing! There are many bus stops nearby, making it easy to get to attractions or the old town! A wide variety of supermarkets and restaurants are also nearby, perfect for satisfying your cravings! Highly recommended!
The location is convenient for taking the train to nearby places, such as Grenada. There is a large shopping mall next to the hotel and it is also a 20-minute walk to the tourist attractions. The breakfast is good and the room is comfortable. However, the towels for the swimming pool on the 8th floor need to be picked up in the basement.

The best location, clean and super nice Seaview room. Restaurant and bar at the rooftop are the best and amazing view. You should definitely stay in this hotel If you are in Malaga
The location is excellent, convenient for visiting the old town and the beach. Supermarkets and restaurants are nearby, and the scenery is beautiful. Sea-view rooms overlook the harbor, while city-view rooms offer views of the old town and the cathedral. The lobby is decorated with special Christmas decorations. The room facilities, service, and size are all satisfactory.
This stay was during the Christmas season, and overall the experience was satisfactory. The hotel has a great location, the rooms are clean and hygienic, and the facilities are complete. However, the breakfast restaurant felt a bit cramped for the hotel's size and occupancy rate, and guests were squeezed together to get food, which was a little uncomfortable.
The room was smaller than expected. No balcony. Service on the rooftop was poor. A glass of wine was only given two sips for €5.50. Dinner was served on cold plates, so the sauce under the meat or "vus kag sl" was cold. The food was cold. The breakfast buffet was subpar. No yogurt buffet, just small cups of yogurt/activa. There was a milk buffet for muesli and cornflakes. This was our first time at...
The location is great. It's right next to the church. The port is just across the road. The restaurant on the top floor has an unbeatable view. The service is also good. The facilities are a bit old. There are too few varieties for breakfast. The ham is not bad. The price-performance ratio is not high
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The service was exceptional—staff members were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any request. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. Very good hotel. Would definitely visit again. City Centre is easy accessible. There’s a mall right next to the hotel. Breakfast was good. Would recommend.
Arrived in Malaga during the Spanish 1 day power blackout. Hotel staff went out their way to help guests deal with lack of power. Had a great 4 night stay there. Rooms were great, breakfast was excellent. Would definitely recommend the hotel

Disappointed.
Didn't make a difference by paying extra for a port view.
Family traveling, booked two rooms. Rooms were spacious and clean, daily serviced. The indoor pool was cold (travelling in January). Breakfast was great value. In overall we were highly satisfied with the stay
The hotel itself is spotless clean, but there was no atmosphere, it’s really close to train station, but old town was about 25 minute walk which was not ideal, we stayed on NYE and the bar closed cause they had a ri ate function on upstairs so was not ideal for the rest of the guests,
Great size room. A bit aged bathroom - slippery bath math while showering and definitely won’t have a bath here. Location wise good for metro to airport and another connections. Away from busy tourist old town.
This hotel is conveniently located between the bus/train station and the city center.
The rooms are clean and comfortable but a bit dated (especially the bathroom).

The service was very good, particularly at reception, where Francisco provided a warm and welcoming experience. The room was clean and comfortable, though somewhat limited in amenities for a four-star hotel. The hotel is conveniently located near the main railway station, offering easy access to the city centre by bus or metro, as well as a pleasant 15–20 minute walk.
Wifi was bad in the last room down the hall. Had no connection at all, only if I moved into and down the hall. I was able to get relocated to a different room with better connection. The gym was ok, but kind of dirty. Especially the exercise mat has seen better days
A very CLEAN hotel (no mildew anywhere), super delicious food, lovely/friendly staff. Great location. Id recommend everyone to stay here.
Fantastic stay at Eurostars, immaculate room, friendly staff and a little gift of water and sweets as it was our second visit there
The hotel is located near the train station. The room is clean and wifi is ok. You can rent the e-bikes that park outside.
A very nice room located very very close to the train and bus stations. One of our day trips had a pick up right opposite to the hotel which was very convenient. Breakfast could be better but not a big deal.

The hotel is perfect for a trip! From the top floor, you can take in the panoramic view of the cathedral. Just outside, you'll find a bustling pedestrian street, especially lively at night. An after-dinner stroll through the area offers both a dazzling night view of the city and an immersive experience of the local culture. It's truly relaxing.
The location is great. Just outside the door is the One-Armed Cathedral and a variety of delicious restaurants. It's within walking distance of the beach and all the attractions. However, parking is inconvenient. Our car couldn't be parked in the hotel basement because they said it was full. We had to park in a parking lot that required walking distance. fast and friendly check-in, modern room with coffee machine and a stocked mini-bar, rare these days. Breakfast was good and fair value 13e if booked in advance. Adequate parking nearby and the hotel has its own car park. Near the beach with plenty of bars and fast food but i did not find a proper restaurant nearby. Downside room was next to walkway up to castle from Malaga and youngsters still playing music at 2:30am. nothing too much trouble for staff, all very friendly and helpful.
This is our third (but not final) visit. We love the views from this parador. Sitting on the small balcony overlooking the town and the port is magic, especially at night. The rooms are large and well appointed, ditto bathrooms. Reception staff are particularly welcoming and helpful. We enjoy the pool too. It's really convenient for the castle and alcazaba and a pleasant walk down the pedestrian...
