Not enough socket outlets, a 1970's design thing that needs upgrading to cover our proliferating electronic devices. Same with lack of USB 3 OR C, sockets. Simple replacement of existing sockets would help here. Breakfast & Dinner buffets were excellent, reception and housekeeping first rate. All in all, I'd return.

Totally amazing hotel! Staff were great (especially Pepe) and the rooms were clean and spacious. There were also very fun programs throughout the day. I highly recommend coming here if you like having a great time!

The hotel is fantastically located directly on the sea. All rooms have frontal or side sea views. On one side, there are apartments, on the other, a natural plot with parking. Nice for those seeking peace and quiet, but boring for those who might want to stroll in the evening. Alex in reception has given exceptional service. We arrived as my husband had just left hospital and Alex was so helpful and understanding of the issues we were having. Every time we dealt with him, he was professional and very competent. We have stayed in several NH hotels and never received such good service and he is always smiling and reassuring. A very unique hotel with excellent, warm service.

The location is fantastic, surrounded by great restaurants, and it's only a 2-minute walk to the Picasso Museum. Although the hotel was renovated in 2019, it's very well-maintained and the interior is beautiful. The toiletries and bedding are super comfortable. You need to ask the front desk for bottled water and disposable items. The breakfast is quite generous.

The family room we booked was wrong but Ctrip solved the problem quickly, everything else was ok. I booked it because it was through SLH. Fantastic hotel which is attached the the shopping centre and the major train station. Excellent buffet restaurant at the front and lovely staff who were very helpful with finding ways to get to the city centre. Room was lovely and big and bathroom shower was amazing!!!

Everything was fine, but I didn't expect that booking a room directly there would be more expensive. Also, when I was collecting my luggage, they didn't tell me that it had already been taken out, so I had to wait there.

The location is convenient for taking the train to nearby places, such as Grenada. There is a large shopping mall next to the hotel and it is also a 20-minute walk to the tourist attractions. The location is excellent, convenient for visiting the old town and the beach. Supermarkets and restaurants are nearby, and the scenery is beautiful. This stay was during the Christmas season, and overall the experience was satisfactory. The hotel has a great location, the rooms are clean and hygienic, and the facilities are complete. However, the breakfast restaurant felt a bit cramped for the hotel's size and occupancy rate, and guests were squeezed together to get food, which was a little uncomfortable.

This is a large hotel that offers good value for money. My stay was alright, nothing particularly stood out. The room was quite spacious, and I didn't experience any major inconveniences. The location is also decent.

The service was very good, particularly at reception, where Francisco provided a warm and welcoming experience. The room was clean and comfortable, though somewhat limited in amenities for a four-star hotel. The hotel is conveniently located near the main railway station, offering easy access to the city centre by bus or metro, as well as a pleasant 15–20 minute walk.

Wifi was bad in the last room down the hall. Had no connection at all, only if I moved into and down the hall. I was able to get relocated to a different room with better connection. The gym was ok, but kind of dirty. Especially the exercise mat has seen better days

I don’t normally write reviews, but I felt this hotel deserves credit where it’s due.  I came on holiday for a short trip with my 6 year old and I’ve been blown away by the service within the hotel.  Very clean, food is great and decent prices, staff are incredibly helpful and friendly (especially Jorg who worked at reception).  We’ll definitely be back as it’s a perfect location for anyone looking...

The staff were so accommodating even gave me a conference room so I could pray after checking out. The staff were very patient. When we checked in and found the heating wasn't working properly, the front desk immediately arranged for staff to help us move our luggage and change rooms. Furthermore, breakfast was available à la carte without extra charge. It's a hotel worth recommending.

The hotel is perfect for a trip! From the top floor, you can take in the panoramic view of the cathedral. Just outside, you'll find a bustling pedestrian street, especially lively at night. An after-dinner stroll through the area offers both a dazzling night view of the city and an immersive experience of the local culture. It's truly relaxing.

The hotel is a little far from the city center, but the beach is just downstairs and across the road, and you can see the sea from the hotel window. It takes less than ten minutes to get to the airport by taxi. The room is clean and tidy, but a little small.

Great hotel for an early departure or late arrival at Malaga airport. No shuttle but easy Bolt or Uber to the terminal, and easy bus ride into the city from nearby bus stop. Nice rooms, good breakfast, great staff.

Close to the airport, so a bit far from the city, but the reception was very friendly and the simple breakfast was decent. Highly recommend if you have a rental car, as parking is free.

Most of the hotel's food was delicious, but the eggs were cold and a bit hard. The small sausages were tasty though. The room was alright, and the hygiene was good. Overall, it's still quite recommendable.

Very spacious property located on golf course with access to beach, also has an outdoor pool on site. Lovely big room with outdoor patio and a very good bathroom. Only ate from the bar but perfectly acceptable. 15 minute drive from airport, why we chose it, and five minutes from a shopping mall with dining options and regular trains into Malaga. This property was perfect for what we needed. We spent an afternoon at the beach and headed to the airport early the next morning. They upgraded our room to a suite. We spent a great time there.

The facilities are too old, and it's located right on the flight path, so it's a bit noisy at night. I wouldn't highly recommend it. Parador seems to be part of a hotel group, which isn't very good in Spain. They mainly focus on vacation and relaxation, but everything is quite old.

Great location near the train station. Lots of cafes and shops. The hotel has no restaurant but that's not a problem with all of the choices nearby. The rooms are basic but clean and the bed was very comfortable.They also offer reasonably priced early check in and late check out. Excellent budget choice.

The building looks new. The room is not spacious but clean and comfortable. The front desk receptionists for the day and night shift are both friendly and speak fluent English so there's no language barrier or miscommunication.

Every single day at 8 AM heavy construction incredibly loud started next to our room. Hair dryer is a must! Whose idea was the half glass door for the bathroom? A couple of small bottles of water goes a long way...

The hotel is very clean and good service, But I experienced a bad situation in my last day, which is the heater is not working and I asked them they told me it’s your fault but I was feeling good at that night. I couldn’t even sleep so that is my bad experience.

A very budget hotel.. quick check in from friendly and helpful staff. It's called budget so I guess that's telling the truth. Absolutely avoid the so called restaurant.. it is just re-heated frozen meals at overpriced tarrifs.. Best look for food elsewhere or eat before arriving. Great hotel to spend the night before or after your flight. Super comfy, location is good. The only thing I would recommend the hotel to do is create a shuttle to the airport - otherwise the taxi is 9-20€ depending on the hour of the day.

I stayed at Ibis Budget Airport for few days with my wife. We had the best time and great experience here, all was over our expectations.
