I had a great stay at Vertice Hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with any request. The hotel is well organized and offers excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Very neat hotel. Rooms were clean and service also was very good. Staff was always friendly and extremely helpful. There is perfectly good pool on the roof, which we also really enjoyed. Also breakfast had good and plenty options. Wifi worked very well, location was good. Not so close to the city centre but it is easy to get arpund with rental bikes or buses. Also, there are perfectly good shops and restaurants around the area as well.
We stayed for 6 nights and were really satisfied with our stay.

Beautiful hotel and staff! Very clean and in a lovely quiet area with cafes to eat nearby. Thank you Javier and the team who made us feel very welcome

It is a nice place and the staff amazing and very helpful. Rooms are quite good but reservation dept make a mistake about my requierements. Hotel staff were very helpful trying to provide me the room I wanted but it was imposible due it was occupied but should be a good idea to make other type of compensation that was not offered. Special mention to Daniel who was exceptional as we loose a watch in the pool and he managed all very quick to find it. It is the second time we found him there and we are very happy with his help.
As I am unable to answer to the message of the owner and we are happy to repeat our stays at this nice room, just to have the opportunity of having on our next visit the room we like at a better price. Anyway we insist we will continue using Vertice Sevilla Hotel in our visit to such nice city

The Lobby is quite inviting and I did enjoy my stay, so there are the four stars.
The rooms on the other hand are priced okay, considering what you get for your money in the area. It wasn't spotless, which I wouldn't expect.
The location is quite the opposite, it's hard to reach any other point of the city from here.

I added breakfast to the reservation for 32€, then before checking in, I found a restaurant nearby that I wanted to try. However, the hotel was unwilling to take off the breakfast.
*UPDATE* we were contacted by the front desk, and Alba was able to help us with removing the breakfast charge.
Location was very convenient with easy access to public transportation. The rooms were spacious and clean with many convenience items.

One of the worst experiences I've had. The hotel's location is not close to tourist areas, and more importantly, the room was dirty and the furniture was old. I absolutely do not recommend staying there. The staff were not friendly, and there are no nearby parking spots.

Clean and modern Hotel. Excellent buffet. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Conversing in english was not a problem. Driving in the area requires google maps for sure. Especially if you're a Canadian driver.
